   When I first spoke to Sophie after recommendation, I was extremely stressed as we had just had a previous sale fall through with another agent. Sophie reassured me that she would sell our mums property. She kept her word and always kept me informed. She explained that Adam would take me through the sales process and he did.    As someone who works in car sales, I fully understand the pressures that come with delivering a smooth customer experience—whether that’s dealing with brokers or the clients themselves. So stepping into the world of property buying for the first time, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Especially after dealing with a few estate agents beforehand who unfortunately left a bit of a sour taste. That’s why I genuinely have to say how impressed and content I am with the service I received from the Lux Homes team. Buying a home is a huge and sometimes overwhelming process, but Bella and Adam made the entire journey feel so much more manageable. Whether it was over the phone or me being that slightly annoying buyer asking to view the flat one more time (or two!), they were always welcoming, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. A special mention goes to Sophie—someone I completely respect. If she says she’s going to do something, she gets it done. No chasing, no excuses—just efficiency and professionalism. Even after completion, the team continued to be responsive and willing to help.    We have just completed on a sale of a 3 bedroom house in Upminster. It was a long process which took over a year -as it was part of an Estate with some complications- but throughout Alex Staley and Daisy in Lux's office showed patience and treated us in honest and professional manner right from the day of the valuation with Alex until the completion last week. Would highly recommend Lux Homes to anyone who wishes to sell or buy a property in the Essex area.

   They made everything possible when I actually gave up all hope, it’s a bit of a long story but this agent bent over backwards to make sure I bought the property I was interested in. They are very good because they have that attitude called (never give up) and they have lived up to that name because my house purchase was completed today (23/11/2022) if it wasn’t for their actions during the last few months…. I would not have been the owner of that said property. So thank you very much indeed, particular thanks to Alex S and Daisy who worked very hard to help me buy the property,
