    Very disappointed about refund. Purchased 2 sleeping bags, tried them at home and because they are extremely uncomfortable I went to return them. Was refused as they said items were used, had stains( my dog sniffed it and I clean it with antibacterial wipes before going to the store, so was wet still) and that fluff was coming out( fluff was coming out from the seams and was like that when purchased). Products are good quality though, but don’t fulfil my needs and now I’m stuck with them.

    Large enough store that has a good range of things, not one of its typical mega stores though. Not many top end jackets on show. Be careful parking here though, got an automated parking ticket from a 3rd part company as I'd been there more than 120mins. Staff were helpful and have taken the details as I had a receipt fortunately of all the things I'd bought and would get the parking ticket cancelled (so far).

    Great place. I'm a frequent visitor. Reasonable priced camping gear, also has other outdoor pursuits, but my thing is the camping. Recently bought a Jetboil and they did a price match -10%, no hassle. Just showed them the website and received the discount. Staff are super friendly and helpful too.

    Fine. The discount card is pointless, anyone can get one for a small fee. Warrington branch is good, parking is fine. I like how they pitch the tents outside. Check the website for what you want first.
