Returning customer. I like this place super relaxed and comfortable. Excellent service. I would say having dairy free milk alternatives would be advantageous. I had to get a refund as they didn’t have that for my Costa order. Burger and chips cooked well, good temperature and I would go back again. Thanks for making seeing Wicked: for good enjoyable.
Absolutely great experience - amazing seats as ever with the luxe lot, with lovely staff and super sound/picture. Also a (quiet) shout out for not being too loud, put your lighter in the air for all those that care for aural health - I sees ya Would certainly visit again, worth signing up as a member also
Wonderful cinema experience with Odeon Luxe so far! Perfectly reclining seats, good dining service, rooms have ideal size. Seats are distant from each other, so you also can perfectly enjoy movie, and not disturb anyone!
My favourite cinema. Worth the extra cost if you’re seeing a special film or having a girls night or a date. The bar area is lovely to sit before or after. I’ve never eaten here so I can’t comment but I love the ordering to your seat. The recliners are comfy. Like all cinemas it can be chilly, but that’s good in London summer!
Who would have thought that there is another ODEON that surpasses the one in Maidstone. My husband and I decided to venture to Islington for date night at ODEON Luxe & Dine. What an amazing experience. For starters, they have a full bar and full service to your chair. Unlike Showcase in Bluewater that brings you your food/drinks because the items are not ready, at Odeon you get an actual server and to top it off, you can order from the comfort of your seat through the app. I had a few glasses of Prosecco, ordered some tenders and a burger meal. You have the option to order from a full menu of items. We ordered some popcorn and it was served in a wooden calabash (never seen that before). The seating was impeccably spacious. Everyone had their own privacy and sections. At the back inside the theater there is an area where you can get napkins, condiments, etc. Now I understand why this place is called ODEON Luxe & Dine, it trully embodies the Luxe feeling and atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean as well as the theater and seats. The servers were charming and professional. If you're ever in the area, do go to ODEON Luxe & Dine you won't regret it.
A massively overpriced experience. The interior feels luxurious, but the food is the same sh you get in a normal cinema, but costs twice as much, and it’s served in smaller receptacles. The nachos were just like Tesco value tortilla chips, with the Doritos sauces from a jar. The Caesar salad just had mayonnaise on it with tiny little crouton nuggets like the ones you get unlimited of at the Pizza Hut buffet. They’re taking the biscuit out of you. The cinema part is fairly nice, with comfortable seats and fewer guests, but an eye watering amount of money to pay for a night at the cinema. Shame, cause it’s a nice bar area.
Great place for date night, clean and plush. The area it is in has lots of nice restaurants surrounding it too.
I visited this cinema for the first time on Friday evening, having visited the lounge in the past I remembered how enjoyable it was to have a dining experience with a film so this is what attracted me to luxe and dine. Over all the place is very smart, the seats were comfy, almost too comfy and the service was great however almost everything seemed to be off the menu. Poor Alison, who was excellent, had to repeatedly say this was off, that was off until we asked what was actually on and then order from that short list. It's not a huge menu but I would say 70% of it wasn't available. What we did order was very nice however and being able to order from an app on the phone was great, although I would recommend downloading it and setting it up before getting in to the screen! Overall it was a good experience, 4 stars due to lack of food available, I'll definitely return, when hopefully they've sorted out their supply issues! 5 stars for Alison's patience!
Top tier cinema experience. Seats are really comfy, food options are great and the service is very friendly. Screen and sound are amazing.
Very comfortable seats, mostly friendly staff, with the exception of one who was extremely rude. One nice staff member kindly switched our seats to other empty ones after we mistakenly booked at the front of the theatre (thought it was the back). Then after the movie started a different staff member came and demanded we move back to the front, asking to see our tickets, disregarding that they had changed our seats, and got into an argument with us in the middle of the movie (claiming it was sold out when there were a huge number of empty seats). Almost laughably ridiculous given the price they charge
