This cinema offers an exceptional viewing experience marked by cleanliness and impressive large screens, including remarkable IMAX presentations. The staff could benefit from cultivating a more cheerful demeanour; however, their apparent fatigue may be attributable to the high volume of patrons and the lack of adherence to designated roles. Overall, it is a commendable venue for film enthusiasts.

The best cinema experience in London.. maybe the UK. Every screen is comfy, the Luxe is epic, the staff are all friendly and seem to enjoy being there. I really hope this place stays for the ages. This place is happy memories and makes them still.

Really mixed bag. On the one hand the staff are really friendly and helpful and the facilities were phenomenal. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a nice public bathroom as well, although I went just as it opened so it could’ve just been that. But anyway some of the leather seats in IMAX were slightly damaged and worn. Also the IMAX screen just isn’t IMAX in my opinion, the resolution i believe is one of those inbetween IMAX and standard screens. Also with the resolution being so pathetic there’s no excuse for railings and stuff to be blocking the bottom of the screen. Luckily the screening I went to was empty so I could just move up a row so it wasn’t blocking my view. I’m 5”11 as well so it must be a nightmare for a lot of people. After finding out online that this was the largest IMAX odeon screen it made everything even more frustrating knowing I’m gonna have to spend £10 on cineworld tickets every time I want to go IMAX even though I have odeon limitless plus.

I went to watch ‘One Battle After Another’ their earliest afternoon showing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. If going to see your film at the IMAX screen, ensure to get highest seats to see the screen properly and not be blocked by the tier flooring. Also, make sure to give yourself ample space between other cinema goers. I don’t get weird people who feel so lonely and have to book a seat next to you, when the whole cinema theatre is empty at that time. The staff member, kindly reassigned my seat and blocked others to be next to me.

I recently visited ODEON Luxe Swiss Cottage, a cinema very close to my home, and I absolutely loved it. What impressed me the most was the comfort of the seats. Even though we chose the last row, the seats were incredibly comfortable—they reclined, were soft, and spacious. There was also a rotating table in front of us that we could adjust to our liking, creating the feeling of watching a movie at home on the couch. The screen was large and flat, and even though it was far away, it felt like watching a huge flat screen TV at home. I’ve been to other cinemas, like the one in Westfield, where the screens are even bigger, creating the illusion that everything is happening around you. But in ODEON Luxe, the seating comfort really stood out for me. Another thing I liked was the beautiful lighting near the entrance, which added to the overall atmosphere. Plus, the ticket price was very affordable—only £14, and my friend and I were able to get a discount, making it even better. There’s also a great option for a monthly subscription for just £20, which allows you to watch as many movies as you want at this cinema and in any other ODEON theater. It’s a perfect way to enjoy a break from the daily routine, whether you’re going alone, meeting a friend, or using it as a date idea. Highly recommend it!

Best quality-price movie theatre in NW. The Swiss Cottage area can a little dodgy at times, especially late at night. Great reclining chairs, very average and pricey popcorn (served cold)

For the first time visiting the cinema, it wasn’t what I expected, the staff immediately came up and asked if we had tickets already and scanned them. It wasn’t very busy but that could be because of the time of the movie and day. The screen size of screen 4 was not the biggest but it was ok. They didn’t close the door and at what point you could hear music outside and the light was coming inside the room.

Wow we have just had such wonderful customer service by a member of their team I hope I get her name right but it was Ludivica. All I can say is that she could see I was in a situation and she really did her best to help create a special day for my sisters birthday. It was real customer service because she cared, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient. Thank you, The cinema is also really lovely and the seats are so comfortable.

Great cinema venue- they have reclining seats and a selection of snacks. The nachos are fantastic. I’ve signed up to the unlimited pass after visiting here a few times as I really enjoyed myself.

The chairs and tables were dirty with crumbs and dried ketchup stains. The screen was fully booked so we couldn't change seats and had to ask a cinema assistant to adequately clean the area. Whilst cleaning, he said he had been in dirtier airline seats - as if to say we should be grateful. Considering this is the "Luxe" experience and almost £20 per ticket, it was worse than sitting in a regular cinema screen. The Vue luxury screen are far better!
