Very unprofessional and unfriendly service at the pharmacy till today. I was ignored and spoken rudely to by a lady at the till. However the other staff were friendly and only when another staff member asked if I was being served did the original lady at the till acknowledge me and serve me after ignoring me whilst she had my item on her desk that another member handed her. Whilst ignoring me she dealt with administrative tasks that she could have done after dealing with me. I fully understand when someone is catching up on work, but an excuse me do mind if I finish this off would have sufficed. Also, when I asked a question I was dismissively told I don't know. It was a simple request that could have been dealt with at the till by looking up a promotional offer. The item I was enquiring about, I had in my hand a simple scan would have shown me the price which I was confused about. There was no regard for good customer service at all by this particular lady at the till. I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner several times during our interaction and it felt like I was an inconvenience to her. The rest of the staff were helpful and welcoming.

Visited the Estee Lauder counter to purchase Christamas Blockbuster.No member of staff or any nearby.Shabby, dirty, unappealing display & general hygiene of a beauty counter was lacking.Poor selection of products, what i wanted wasn't on display and what was hadn't been cleaned up from previous ' testing' The whole of Boots was unappealing & the Fort Shopping experience ( only went to Boots & left)I will not be returning!

Absolutely disgusting customer service today. Went in with my mum to buy a new fragrance - had the most lovely lady serve me (thank you), however when I went to the pharmacy section to collect my prescription, the lady with the red hair had ordered my mum around as if she was a child. Not only did she do that, but she didn't even give my mum eye contact when speaking to her. Mind you, we were the only black people in the queue so I felt as though she was very racist as when we left, she'd served the white family behind us in a very lovely manner. Very disgusting customer service from the pharmacy. Won't be back. Boots, do better. Don't hire staff like that. And if she's reading this - I urge you to have the utmost respect for people as you do NOT know what they're going through. Despicable woman. I hope you're happy with yourself.

The Fort - Large version for Boots, however I received fantastic customer service in the baby department however, they did not sell the pins and plastic or water proof pants for the 100% cotton cloth (nappies). I don't understand why they would neglect to sell the entire ensemble. Someone is falling down on the job. The four stars is for size of store, and excellent customer service.

Staff on the till are usually very rude. One woman was saying my ID was fake because I have a middle name? Very strange. Two stars because I like the option of picking up a parcel here if I need to but probably won't moving onwards. Store is dirty and congested, security staff follow you around for no good reason.

This is a big store at the fort, although it is a budy store the staff are friendly. Very pleasant and very helpful staff. All willing to help customers with their prom preparations etc. The help at the makeup stands was appreciated by both myself and my daughter. She was served to a high level and the staff made her feel relaxed and comfortable with their recommendations.
