   rude staff, came in Friday 12th, around lunchtime, staff started yelling at a little girl who looked so confused, she asked him to look for something and he , the worker , started yelling at her for NO REASON. very loudly since the whole shop heard. he was an older south asian man, looked like management which makes it worse. shop floor is always messy, everything disorganised, staff need more training clearly. absolutely abysmal.

   I just purchase the beautiful skin 101 estee lauder for gbp45.00 and i try to ask for some sample of estee lauder products as i am very regular customer.the girl at the counter did not even try to look at the estee lauder drawer and told me we dont hv sample. Its not not helpful.Boots please find more helpful people to assist that can make your company reputation grow and bring more sales to your company. PLEASE DO INSIST TO FIND THE RIGHT PERSON TO GROWTH YOUR COMPANY. AISH

   I have been to this Boots many times, and I am usually very disappointed by the stock levels and in particular the amount of tester products available. Usually when I go to the makeup stands, I cannot try the products I want to as there are no testers available, and there are also only a few products available to buy. Often a few shelves are fully empty. The queue time is also often very long, and there are often not many staff on the till, considering it is a busy shop. I have actually known the queue to get very long, but there still be no staff at all at the till point. (See photo for part of a queue on such an occasion). It may seem strange that this largely negative review is attached to a 3-star review, however I must give credit to the lovely team members at the store, to the pharmacy staff for always being so helpful, for the well stocked pharmacy shelves and to the people who have given me vaccinations at the store in the past. I just want to raise the two big issues I have with the store, as they so often frustrate me!

   Great selection of products as you would expect from Boots. That said, one of the staff rudely put his arm in front of me to reach an item on the shelf of the product I was looking at! A simple excuse me and the incident would have gone unreported. In disgust I placed several items back on the shelves and left the store. First and last time in this store!!! Downright IGNORANT.

   Went in two Boots stores in Birmingham mid January 2023, Bull Ring and High Street. In both stores, staff were seen to be more keen to talk to each other than assist potential customers. I was looking to test a few perfumes for my girlfriend, however stock levels in display cabinets were limited and shabby looking interior. Likewise limited testers to try. Bullring store was the worst offender with 3 members of staff static and must have been talking to each other for several minutes, so I walked out unacknowledged. Much better service and purchase made at Perfume Shop.

   I had a terrible experience in the bullring branch and I bought a fragrance that l reacted to it and wanted an exchange Ewan and Millie was very rude I had my sick baby and l was walking in the rain all l wanted was an exchange when l came to the high street Gloria and Sandra were very helpful Gloria customer service was amazing she got the Managers involved and I had my fragrance exchanged with this experience l will never shop in boots bullring I think Gloria service is world class she is very experienced and welcoming.
