I put my 3 dogs into reddicap kennels in Sept 2025 , and again they was very well looked after , John and the staff take that extra care , we have used Reddicap kennels for over 30 years , I know my dogs are safe and well looked after , thanks to John and staff
We have just come back from a weeks holiday and we boarded our Cocker Spaniel with Reddicap. All I can say is that this is a fantastic kennels and I will bringing my spaniel here again in future. And it was a great price too! He has come back full of life and looks like he has had a great time! All of the staff are super friendly and clearly knowledgeable. Thank you Reddicap, Dexter had a great time with you and he looks forward to visiting again in future!
First time used this kennel, told them my dog need medication everyday left instructions. Only found out they only gaven 2 days medication rather than 21 days, which is ridiculous. My dog tail got a wound, the back paws furs almosylt gone dye to sleep on rough concrete floor and most nails like sands down to the limit also caused by the floor. Told them my cat us fussy eater they said they will be fine. Cat return slim to the bone, said he not eating may be cos his teeths. Vet said his teeths was perfect before we dropped him off. He come home ate hard treat no issues. They did showed concern just to cover their own back. Never use them again. My dog and cat treated so poorly. Lucky my dog life not depend on medicine. God knows what will happen if that case. Just horrible experience
Amazing kennel, I was very happy with them , my. Dog and my cat also ,very friendly staff, and professional services, definitely I gonna go back there and I recommend for everyone who needs them, because they know what they need to do and treat your pets like kings and queens.
The gentleman over there must think I'm completely bonkers - I freak out every time I leave my cat there, cause it's hard parting with him and I constantly worry when we're away, but he is always alright when we get him back! We used them probably 5-6 times now in different seasons and every time we collect him he is healthy and with good weight. I know it's not the most luxurious cattery BUT my cat Opie likes it because it's partly outdoors so he gets fresh air (being indoor-outdoor, this is a big deal to him). Each kennel is split in two - indoor and outdoor - the interior part is nice and heated and they let us bring the boxes that he likes to sleep in, which is great because he gets his familiar bedding (he is definitely a box cat...). This time the weather was freezing so I was more scared than usual, but for no reason again - we got him back healthy and in good spirits. And they always have a space, even short notice. 5 stars for great service and good value for money. Friendly staff as well who hopefully do not mind my freak-outs hahaha
Used their services on few occasions. Very helpful and always trying to accommodate (godsend during holiday season). Spacious cages. Maybe a little cold in the winter as cages are open more or less. My cat put on weight when I collected him.
After leaving or 3 Bulldog Babies here for the week.... Was well chuffed when we collected them they were full of beans well looked after.We could tell they had been fine for the week as leaving them a couple years ago in another Boarding Kennels they were not the same happy dogs for 2 weeks after picking them up.....We would have no problem's Now worries leaving them again at Bassetts pole...Big Thank you Guys for looking after Our fur babies see you again soon xx
Our cats have stayed here 3 times now and they're always welcomed and looked after well. Friendly trustworthy staff.
Nice staff. And i think my cat seem happy when we pick him up after our holidays.its got a good feel about the place.
