1 person on the till with long queues on a Saturday whilst a woman with pastel coloured colour hair who worked there just stood watching and not actually doing any work. Why did this woman not help on the till to get the queues down or stack any shelves? Then there was lots of cages of rubbish at the back the shop. I won’t be going back.
Natalie, the store manager was a breath of fresh air. I had previously rated the store 1 star due to a bad experience however her kind approach and positive energy definitely made my shopping experience one I won’t forget - I had to change the rating to 5 because of this. Definitely a great asset to the store and team!

I have recently visited and the 'manager' Megan refused to refund an item that didn't work. I have been in contact with Superdrug's customer service team since and they are looking into the problem. The guy I spoke to gave me 500 points, as an apology, so that was great; but I will never visit Superdrug in Sutton Coldfield again. Megan (she claimed she was the manager) has appalling customer service skills and actually broke the law, by refusing a refund. Go and visit another Superdrug instead, or Boots. I've never had bad customer service there.
