We went down to foundation and I have to say it was worth the visit. The eagle flight show was the highlight of the whole trip. The bird keeper very impressive and I loved all the fun facts about the birds that he shared along the way. Other than the bird show to be honest the whole place can be explored within 10mins or so if you breeze by. But if you want to splurge, you should definitely get the animal experience or even the afternoon tea. And please carry some changed if you have any amount works, it just helps in the maintenance cost of running this foundation.

We were a group of 4 booked for entry with afternoon tea. We had a hot drink on arrival before seeing the very informative and fascinating flying display of various owls and eagles. There are pens containing rare animal breeds and huskies and cages with hawks, owls and eagles. All looked well cared for and clean. We had a nicely presented afternoon tea in the cafΓ© before returning for the second flying demonstration with different birds. We would all recommend Eagle Heights for a happy outing. The staff we met were all helpful and friendly from the entrance to the feeding and cleaning volunteers. This is a small, but very interesting, place to visit for all ages.

We booked in for a husky kennels tour for my daughter’s birth day. It did not disappoint. A full hands on interactive experience where clearly the dogs are at the heart of the keepers. The falconry displays (x2, with different birds each time) were amazing and the handlers made them as interactive as possible. It’s a small place but we had a really lovely time here and can highly recommend. They have a small gift shop which is also very reasonably priced.

We were visiting from Texas and my mother in law planned a trip here because my 7 year old son is obsessed with Birds of Prey. This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in England and life long memories my son will have. The grounds are immaculately kept up, the birds and all animals are well taken care of. They have meerkats, pigs, goats, lambs, and huskies along with so many birds. The bird experience was amazing and watching their keepers explain in detail about each one made it incredibly fascinating. We will visit again in the future 1000%. There is a little playground on site and plenty of parking space available. Also the drive to the Eagle Heights is a breathtakingly beautiful one. Gorgeous views and it is close to a small little village like town.

We went on Sunday for an eagle experience. We flew 4 different eagles and it was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The birds look happy and well cared for. There were also 2 flying displays with various different birds and lots of information. Cafe offers a small selection of sandwiches and cakes with hot/cold drinks.

Had an amazing time visiting this wildlife centre the animals looked well cared for and happy. We were privileged to do a husky walk experience that we shared with two additional couples separate to our booking we walked Chester and he was a pleasure to walk with. Well behaved and attentive. I really loved being able to stoke him as well. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with our guide who was knowledgeable and friendly. The views on the walk were incredible and serene and it would be amazing to re visit. I’d also like to compliment the staff who did the eagle flying talk at 12 they were very entertaining and again highly knowledgeable they made sure to enable everyone to see the birds equally and also spoke to children in the audience in a very respectful and educational manner. I really cannot wait to come. The only thing I would want to do differently is if there was the chance to spend more time to stroke and fuss on the dogs because they are so wonderful. Thank you for having us eagle heights

We've just got back from a day out at Eagle Heights, it's our first time and it was really enjoyable. A beautiful spot filled with magnificent birds of prey. The displays that Paul and the team put on are fantastic. So informative and they keep you engaged and interested, all while making you feel safe around the animals who themselves seemed well looked after and happy to par take. Would definitely recommend.
