Loved this Widlife park. There is so much to see, and all the animals seemed so content and in great condition. Also noticed all the facilities for children, keeping them very active.

We just love coming to Wingham. I’ve been coming since I was a child and now I have my own it’s wonderful to see it still has its magic. The animals all seem very well looked after. We bought a membership and it is brilliant value for money and of all the local animal parks I would say it is the best for under 2s. We were lucky enough to see the new baby orangutan too! Whether you are local or just passing through - it makes for a brilliant day out!

Came today on route to France with my son (ADHD/Autism). We had an amazing time. No issues on arrival with his ticket and me having an essential carer (proof provided). All the animals were out in the open for us to view and all seemed well looked after - I didn’t witness any pacing of the big cats like I’ve seen at other zoos - they were all quite content relaxing in the sun. The place was clean too, and plenty of staff around for help if needed. The gift shop was actually quite reasonably priced, too. The best bit was the Lemur experience - I had booked the Lemur experience for my son, and a huge shout out to Jess who helped us feed the Lemurs. The experience was over and above what was expected, and Jess was informative and patient. The lemurs themselves were extremely friendly and obviously very well cared for.

Absolutely fantastic day out. I haven't been for about 5 years and went today with hubby and a 12 and 17 Yr old. We all had a great time. Lots to see and if you don't see the animals on your first walk around you'll probably see them on your second walk around. Indoor play facilities for younger children. There's work going on at the moment but I can't wait to go back and see what they've done.

It's amazing how well this place has come along since it's early beginnings as a bird park. I haven't been here for about 7yrs and the additions they have made and are making are excellent. Disabled access is probably one of the best we have experienced at a zoo, although more disabled parking would be beneficial. The play areas are excellent, the staff and keepers are friendly and knowledgeable they obviously love their work. Pricing may seem a tad high for a small zoo but you can literally spend a whole day here so overall it's actually reasonable. Go, you will enjoy it.

We loved our visit. Our little boy (3) really enjoyed it. Outdoor play area is really good, LOVED the bugs, birds, penguins and the dinosaurs! Indoor play area looked really good but gave it a miss as it was a lovely day to be outside. You could easily walk around twice slowly and take your time on the play areas. Highly recommend!

Visited Wingham with my family and was incredibly impressed with it! A huge park with a large selection of animals. It was really well laid out, clean and tidy and the staff seemed really attentive to the animals. We went on a Monday so it was really empty but it's clear that the place is designed to cater for loads of people at one time... so I'd most definitely recommend going during the quiet periods! Stopped for a coffee and snack in the coffee shop, which is about a quarter of the way round, and then another at the restaurant at the entrance/exit - prices were a little steep but no more than to be expected in a place like this. Overall would highly recommend a visit!
