This is the friendliest store on the centre. Staff always want to help. Today I went in for a laptop and came out with a better laptop I actually need for its purpose without spending much more. The manager is definitely knows his stuff when it comes to IT.

The lads ( and lass ) are the best kind of people you can meet, They always try to do their best to meet your needs whether your desperate for cash or just trying to get rid of unwanted items which includes non tech items!!
Seemed more interested in trying to get google reviews than actually helping customers. Waited a good 10mins to get the attention of someone so I could purchase a game from the case, in that time the main guy running around asked every single customer if they had a google account to leave a review Prices also seemed a little high compared to other stores in the area on some items. Price on the game I got though was good which got them the other star.
Absolutely bang on this store!! Staff are really helpful and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. I’m a regular customer and the service is always swift and friendly. As well as using buy back I’ve purchased a monitor from them and the quality was amazing,paid way less than if I had. bought brand new. Keep up the good work all!!

Excellent service when buying phone and tablet recently. Staff very helpful & resolved my issues very well. Sold them 2 items so far, and my advice is do some research on prices before you go in. I didn't, and was misled about current retail price, which obviously affects the amount they will offer. Not planning to make an issue of it, but will be better prepared next time.
Went to purchase a new phone for my self and received great customer service by Reece and got a great deal on my new note 9. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this store and will be purchasing again :)
