   We are so grateful to the HCC. They took so much care of our darling Vesper. She stayed here twice and both times we were kept up to date every day and they were always on the other end to answer any questions we had - the staff are all really friendly which reassured me that my girl was in good hands. The second treatment cured her condition which is fantastic news, she has come home so full of beans and healthier. I am so glad we went ahead with the treatment, if you are considering it please go for it and be rest assured your cat will be in safe hands. Thank you for everything you have done for us!

   My 12 year old Nellie was loosing weight with really bad digestion. The local vets recommended the centre and once I had spoken to the insurance she was booked in. Nel stayed for 10 days and the staff were phenomenal. I never worried about her because they were so aware of her personality they clearly knew her well. She had hyperthyroidism and I am really pleased to say she is cured. She is still in isolation due to having a kitten but she is putting weight on, her tummy issues are sorted and I am letting her into the garden in the evening and when she comes in she runs straight to her isolation room. She is just wonderful. Thank you to the centre for giving me my girl back

   My cat, Binx, went in for a two week stay and staff were so helpful and lovely. From updates everyday to always answering any questions I have. They treat Binx as if she was one of their own, which of course put my mind more at ease with her being away from home. I’m also ecstatic to say she’s cured!!! Couldn’t believe it when I went to pick her up, I was able to see a difference immediately from before the treatment. Would so highly recommend this centre and thank you again to all of the fabulous staff, couldn’t ask for better.

   From start to finish the HCC provided an exemplary service and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Our cat is now ten weeks post RI treatment and she is doing really well: eating, playing, putting on weight and a lot more happy - and we are happier too as we don't have to worry about Hyperthyroidism affecting her health. Thank you to all the staff at the centre - you could not do what you do any better.

   It's just over 12 months now since we brought George home, please see by the picture that he is thoroughly enjoying his 17th birthday. Without his visit to the clinic this would not be possible. We are so happy that George is cured. We highly recommend that if you can get this treatment you should. Thank you for everything that you did to help him and for allowing George to enjoy his life again.

   About 6 and a half years ago, when Casper developed hyperthyroidism, the medicines didn't work for him at all, and he was rapidly losing weight. When I called with desperation, the manager, Amanda, was so kind and explained about RAI treatment. At the time, nearly 600 cats had been treated, and the success rate was nearly 100%, so I decided to give it a try. Now they leached 3000 patients. Everyone of the team was so kind and respectful. While Casper in the centre, they called me every day for the update. I would recommend the centre to every patients.

   Wonderful caring people. They gave my cat the best care possible and phoned me every day with updates. From the reception staff to the nurses and vets, everyone showed such kindness and all took the time to talk me through each stage of the process. You can tell they all genuinely care about their feline patients.

   I would give 10 stars. Massive thank you to all the team! Fantastic service! Our boy was looked after with the upmost care, professionalism, knowledge and love by all the members of the team. They made the separation period easier with daily updates, dealt with the insurance policy and most of all cured our cat. It is early days as he is only one month post treatment, however on the clinical side he already showed huge improvement. If you love your cat, this is the place to go.
