This is a review of the ceramic craft shop. The centre offers a creative experience in which pottery figures are painted by the participants before being fired. Generally the items are ready for collection after 7 days or so. There is a wide choice of pottery items, including bowls, dinosaurs, tea light holders, vases and many more. The activity is ideal for birthday parties or ahead of special times if year such as Halloween or Christmas. Parking on the site is plentiful and just across the courtyard is the excellent Wave Cafe. The prices of the figures varies, the range being from a few pounds to over Β£25. All materials are supplied. At quiet times there is no pressure to finish quickly

We used to enjoy visiting the centre regularly. Last year we visited on Easter Sunday, only to find that all businesses were closed, which was absolutely fine. We had parked the car in the almost empty car park. After realising all the shops were closed we left a short while later. As a result of this we are now chased by an intimidating debt collector for the ludicrous sum of Β£160!!! We find this totally unreasonable and very greedy. This will certainly stop us from visiting the centre again. Despite a more recent comment from the owners that the car parking is now free, I am afraid this is not correct as they are still insisting on charging us Β£160 for a few minutes in the car park until we realised all the shops were closed. Be very very careful. We won't be visiting again! Thank you for your response. However, I can assure you that the cafΓ© and the other businesses were indeed closed on Easter Sunday in 2023. It has taken a long time and the receipt of many threatening letters until we received this response on 1st May 2025 to our appeal to common sense: βthe terms and conditions of the site were breached on the date of contravention and therefore our Client [i.e. yourselves] is satisfied that the Charge was issued correctly.β We have concluded from this recent response that we are not prepared to take the risk to go through this again and for that reason we have decided not to visit the site again.

Brambles Florists is great and staff superb - well worthy of a 5 β rating. Not sure that the title Craft Centre is still accurate. I used to spend ages walking around admiring the many craft folk in residence but it seems to be more aimed at the Equestrian field nowadays. That said I will return for flowers as required.

Disappointed to find nothing open, cafe no longer there and then charged for the privilege of parking. Unfortunately no longer worth a visit

Went to get my dog trimmed by Kelly at Kelly's K9 Kuts. Whilst there had ice cream and coffee. Very relaxed atmosphere and plenty to see. Very friendly people, always ready with a smile and chat. Now I'm happy and my dog has a great haircut.
