   Absolutely outstanding - what they have achieved is a miracle! Thank you so much to Monique for a reassuring consultation and to Gilly for taking on the challenge of re-creating my beloved Greek bracelet in a harder-wearing 9ct gold, after the links wore through on the original. The service has been amazing, and I'm over the moon with the end result!! I can now wear my lovely bracelet every day without worrying that it is going to break and fall off. I've looked countless times to find the swirl design in 9ct but without success. I can highly recommend this authentic family business for any bespoke pieces, and now they have a cast of my 'swirly' I will definitely be planning what I can have made next!

   Impeccable service! Me and my husband had our custom wedding bands from here and nothing was to much hassle, constantly updated with ideas and time frames even when we decided to change at the last minute. I had a bespoke idea for my chains and they perfectly brought it to reality at a competitive rate which wasn’t a easy task. The most impressive part for me personally has been the up keep after the purchase , they have continued to show support by helping me with the up keep which shows their skill level in relationship building and customer retention.
