I’ve had a great experience with the vets here. Our dog struggled with ear infections for a long time, and other clinics only prescribed antibiotics. Here, they discovered the real cause — his diet and allergies. Since then, he’s been so much better. The prices are also very reasonable, definitely cheaper than many other vets. Highly recommended!
Recent visit with two cats, vet was lovely. Professional and friendly to both me and the patients. Reception staff friendly and the wait was very short. Happy to recommend to others. Price was reasonable too with no feeling that I was being upsold additional treatment. Thanks v much.
Highly recommend! I joined Hills 6 months ago with my new rescued dog Martha and they have been wonderful. All new clients get a 30 minute consultation when they join which was super helpful to talk through any concerns we had with the vet. I’m sure all the vets there are brilliant but we were so lucky to have Becca on our first consultation, she was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate with our dog that I immediately felt comfortable with her so I requested her to do our dogs spay (which went extremely well). They sent over a pre op email with all the information on to help prepare you for the spay and the nurse / vet who preps and debriefs you in clinic were very helpful with questions on the process. They were also very accommodating for an emergency appointment when she tore her dew claw and fit us in within a few hours - very efficient! The reception staff are super lovely and friendly and you can tell they also love / care for the cats and dogs that come in. Angie & Ruby have been super helpful!!! It’s so refreshing to have a vets that put you at ease so you know your animal will be looked after, especially as I’ve had experiences in the past when the vets (at different clinics) where they have been condescending and have made me dread the annual check ups. Thank you Hills Vets team!!!!!
All of the team - reception, nurses, vets - are caring, kind, empathetic and very knowledgable. My 2 cats have had amazing treatment and care here for 7 years. I highly recommend them and cannot thank the team enough! They are independently owned as well and very reasonably priced.
I been in this clinic from January when i got my first lovely naughty cat, what can I say they are wonderful people!!! the first experience was an emergency because my cat had eaten a thread and was really sick, hills vet took care of my Camilla as if she were their cat and the and the most important thing for me is that mine kitten when we go there she feels at home. ❤️❤️ I recommend this place to all my friends and their are very happy! After our vet retired, we found a new veterinary practice at Hills Veterinary Practice. Over the last two and a half years, they have provided exceptional care for our beloved dog, Snowwhite. Unfortunately, Snowwhite passed away at the age of 15. The team at the practice, including Anya and Rowan, were incredibly patient and helpful. They focused on providing as much comfort as possible for Snowwhite during her final few months. As first-time dog owners, we are grateful for all the support that the team at Hills Veterinary Practice provided to help us cope with the loss of our cherished Snowwhite. Their kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly appreciative of their efforts. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Anya for keeping the practice open for an additional hour to allow us to say our final goodbyes to Snowwhite. Thank you so much.
Ashleigh is absolutely wonderful. Specialises in rodents which is a blessing and is always so kind and knowledgeable whenever we pop in. My rats have an ongoing sneezing problem and getting repeat prescriptions or visits is never a problem. The fees are never too bad either.

RECOMMEND! Was recommended by a friend who has been going here for years with her cats and it did not disappoint! Hills quickly and easily registered us my cat as a new patient and helped my husband and i get pet health certificates for a move to the US involving a certificate for Portugal and a certificate for USA. All documentation went smoothly and I am so grateful for the help! The staff are very friendly and I think my vet was Mark. Super nice, patient and answered all my Q's. Only thing would be that sometimes the vet is hard to reach on the phone and sometimes you need to follow up on calls, but nothing too difficult and i would still return and recommend to anyone in London!
We registered our Saint Bernard when he was 4 years and they have taken care of him so well. When Mrs Hills was there, Hunter loved seeing her ( imagine a dog liking vets) and even after she left, he would try and go in her room for months. Fiona took over looking after Hunter and she has been compassionate and always given us so much time. At 10, my dog would have lots of issues but she never rushed and at times even reduced her fee. I have trusted her completely with my Bernard right till the end.
