They just blank the customers they have basically promised dates to (contacted regarding my dogs staying here which was all fine to begin with then the blanking started, would not trust to look after my pets if they can not even be bothered to reply to their potential customers
We used the kennels for the first time for our three dogs, it’s always hard using new places, the dogs seemed to settle in well. On picking up, it was clear that they have been very well looked after, they were happy, had lovely shiny coats and smelt great, we would definitely use them again. I can highly recommend Animal Inn
Called for some information regarding dog boarding, as never used before! We have recently adopted a rescue dog. Spoke to a male on the phone who, went I’d said I was after information on boarding and pricing, he simply laughed. Explained our puppy was 10 months old, a rescue and mixed breed. His only response was “can’t help you there” with no explanation as to why. Odd one, and a bit naff service too.
Recently left my 3 dogs here for 2 weeks. The owner and staff were lovely and easy to get on with. My dogs came home looking healthy and happy. On pick up one dog jumped back out of the car to say goodbye to them again. Will definitely be using again. And will recommend
We have been bringing our cats to Animal Inn for 7 years now and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The cattery is always clean and the new, bigger cat enclosures means our two can stay together. The staff are friendly and really care about the pets in their care, and if we’re away for a longer period of time will send us photos of TC & Maple, to put our minds at rest. I have no hesitation in recommending Animal Inn.
I have brought my two chocolate labs here every year for a few years now, and I know they are well looked after and cared for. The staff are friendly and obviously love the animals to bits so I am confident about leaving my dogs there. I would recommend Animal Inn to anyone looking for more than just boarding kennels.
Our cat Milo is quite a fussy little Mr - he doesn't like many people and is picky over food - Animal Inn was understanding and accommodating and after just a couple of days (into an almost three week stay while we honeymooned) they were kind enough to send photos and let us know he was getting on great and was now best friends with the lady who works there! We'd have no issues sending him back to this place where all animals are obviously loved and cared for - and we know our neighbours are taking their dog to the kennel there too! Very professional and caring too. Great x
