   Went to H Samuel Wakefield looking for wedding rings after being to several shops before. We were looked after by Tracey who was fantastic! She showed me options I hadn’t even considered before and actually ended up buying one of her recommendations. She was patient and listened to what we liked and didn’t like. She even cleaned my engagement ring to give it its true sparkle back. Couldn’t thank tracey enough, she is clearly in the right job, amazing!

   Visited the Wakefield store today for my daughter to have her ears peirced. Wow, what an amazing service. She was made to feel special from the off, such a relaxed but exciting process. Emma & Susan in store were so lovely, made a fuss of my daughter & even gave her a lovely goody bag too, along with wishing her a happy birthday. My daughter is so happy with her ears. Thank you so much for making this such a great experience.

   Grace was very patient and calming with my 6 year old. She was very unsure of having her ears pierced (having pestered me for weeks about having them done!). Grace even pierced my ear to show my daughter it wasn’t scary when I asked her to. My daughter didn’t even flinch and was very happy afterwards! Thank you

   Went into store to purchase are wedding ring, the manager (Amy if I recall) was lovely. Helped find whatever had online. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. We was kept up date with progress of the order. Collecting the rings was great too recommend this store

   I've had so many great experiences with the Wakefield Trinity Walk store! My partner bought my engagement ring from here and more recently I've taken that ring back for replating and bought our wedding rings at the same time. I've accompanied my mum for jewellery repairs as well as buying my own jewellery. Laura has always been so friendly and approachable for any questions we've had. She's also been very patient and knowledgeable when discussing options for jewellery repair of old pieces that I've taken in. She was really efficient when I needed to have my engagement ring resized and kept us updated about any delays. This was really appreciated. The store is usually really busy when we go in and I've always seen Laura make the effort to support her colleagues whilst also working hard herself. Liam made the experience of buying our wedding rings very straightforward! He showed really excellent knowledge of the different types of rings available and was more than happy to let us try on different sizes and types of fit. He also notified us about offers on different rings which was helpful (because weddings are already so expensive!!) Liam had a relaxed manner yet was still incredibly professional; there was no pressure for us to buy which ultimately made us more comfortable and buy anyway! Sue was very pleasant and considerate when I took my engagement ring in for replating. She was thorough when checking the ring in and gave me very detailed information as to when I could expect the ring back instore. Sue answered all of my questions with ease and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to bring with me for collection. Susan is so welcoming and always a friendly face to see instore! I was really excited to pick up my freshly plated ring and Susan was just as excited as me! It's lovely that Susan and the team continue be genuinely happy and chatty people, even when there isn't a new sale on the table. Thank you very much!

   Three staff behind the counter of an empty shop. 5/6 minutes to be acknowledged. Please do not pre-judge your customers, I was there to spend my money which in turn pays your wages.
