   Visited the Store on Sunday 15/06/23 around 15.45. Greeted by a member of staff who was serving a customer. The 50% off sale caught my eye and waited a few minutes, one member of staff at the till apologised for my wait and another staff member came from the back to serve me. I didn't get the names of the other 2 members of staff name but the colleague that served me was Casey. They were so helpful, patient and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a ring, unfortunately realised later that evening it wasn't suitable for my arthritic thumb! I returned the ring on Monday morning to be served by Casey. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made suggestions to me to make an exchange as I didn't want to spend anymore than I already had. She was great, thankyou. The customer service from the three ladies was excellent.

   Went into the shop for a bracelet... stood by the counter waiting as three girls were serving, unbeknown to us one of the staff put a stand up saying wait here whilst we were already waiting by the counter. All the staff saw us waiting by the counter yet we were ignored! When one staff was free she went straight to the waiting queue, we said we had been waiting by the counter, we wete then told to go the queue.. needless to say i you kst a sale!

   Went in on the 4th August. Woman called Louise assisted us on our worries with my engagement ring that had lost a diamond. She found my size and the ring and sorted it very quick. I also was looking at other rings in the process and she went and got out my size tray and said I can try them on without me even asking! So while I was taking a while to decide what I was wanting louise was even helping me pick a good combo together on the finger which I loved! Made me feel very comfortable and let me take as long as I wanted. Would definitely recommend! Pandora should be happy to have someone like Louise on there team! ☺️

   Bought a ring for my mum for Mother’s Day it came in a sealed Pandora bag which I had not opened to make sure the ring was in there beforehand my mum opened it on Mother’s Day to find that the ring was not in the bag there was no ring box just a piece of scrunched up tissue paper they better give me my money back or give me the ring that I bought as I never received it but got charged for it

   Would give zero stars if I could, bought NHS charms and got free bracelet for my wife retiring from NHS Nursing after 39 years service, the one I picked she would have liked to exchange for a different one but you can't swap a free bracelet, and fair enough it's in there terms and conditions, my point is why wasn't I adviced to just get the charms and get bracelet later instead of feeling rushed into picking one, my wife's been in and manager won't budge shame on you Pandora for spoiling a great retirement weekend, won't ever use you again...
