   I really cannot recommend Portman Jewellers enough. I went in completely clueless about jewelry looking for an engagement ring. I was given so much time and attention and everything was explained to me, and I left with confidence and a bespoke ring in the works. While waiting for my ring to be made, I was kept in the loop throughout. The entire team were fantastic and warm, and I cannot wait to go to them for wedding bands in the near future. Any guys who, like me, don't have much of a clue about jewelry, definitely pop in to see them!

   Just purchased our wedding rings from portmans! Such a beautiful jewellers! The staff are amazing and so helpful with both myself and my husband-to-be! When my ring was resized it fit perfectly and was so shiny, looks so beautiful! I also had my engagement ring resized! Their work is amazing! Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you ladies xx

   The staff are so lovely and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a wedding band for a very awkward coloured and shaped stone. The person who they send their rings out to adjust is brilliant too. Stock is abundant and unusual and so so beautiful.

   After going round many jewellers with a family heirloom and speaking to what I now know to be some extremely heartless shop owners I ended up at Portmans of Horbury. The ladies were extremely helpful and equally honest. I had a sentimental attachment to the ring, the other stakeholders in it had less. We agreed on a price that was a lot more than any other jewellers had offered and that I was happy with. They even threw in the most amazing bronze statue of trotting horses that I had paid interest in, so that I had something to remember my loved one. I'm so happy the ring ended up with them. Its a family run business and you really could tell by the way they understood and helped me through what was quite an emotional transaction. Beautiful women, beautiful shop, beautiful honesty, beautiful service and more importantly to most, beautiful prices paid for your jewellery. Can't rate this jewellers high enough 5 stars just isn't enough.

   Great jewellery shop. Great staff. My Mother bought my Daughter a surprise birthday present but it wasn't to my Daughters taste so when my Daughter took it back to the shop in the box as new they changed it to a lovely necklace without any fuss. All happy. Great service.

   A great little local jewellery shop. The range is really good and totally different to the multi branch high street jewelry shop. Had a couple of watches and several items of jewellery from them and can't fault the pleasant family type service you get from them. They tend to remember customers very well which is nice and gives a great atmosphere. Also they're dog friendly, with their own spaniel often greeting customers.
