A lovely shop .I was served by the manager who was really helpful and what a lovely friendly person she is .
Very disappointed, customer service at its worst! No wonder nothing lasts in this town, worth the trip to Manchester or Leeds to avoid the poor customer service.

Very disappointed with the customer service at Pandora Kingsgate, Huddersfield. I returned a bracelet and necklace that tarnished within a week of being gifted, and the manager was incredibly rude, dismissive, and blamed us instead of offering any real help. Even after Pandora’s own clean, the jewellery is still unwearable. Not the service you’d expect for sentimental gifts or premium prices. After reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who’s had issues with her attitude. Definitely avoid this branch if you expect basic respect or aftercare.
The young lady was very helpful when I first visited the store however, on my second visit different lady was quite rude had my warranty to exhange my discoloured bracelet she was persueding me that it needs polish she used dry cloth and scrubbing it then i told her that it didnt help and i am still unhappy asked for exchange she went back to the door without telling me anything kept me waiting for 20 minutes came back told me its cleaned gave it to me to walk off came home and there were black marks. Not going to this store again. They have lovely young ladies but this lady was very very rude

Lorraine was very helpful and patient with and I am very grateful for her help and the fantastic service shown by all the staff
Was low staffed and those staff were extremely slow. Had people complaining when coming out saying they felt like they were in there for ages and customers apologising for how long they were in there. Only came to collect an order and waited in the like for 40 minutes.
