Nicky was lovely. Really friendly, warm and welcoming and did not judge us by our budget. We did not purchase this time but we definitely would.
I would definitely recommend JPB Jewellers, having recently had a memorial piece made I cannot thank Nicky and Maddy enough for there compassion care and down to earth manner, whilst dealing with such a emotional situation, but most importantly conveying my ideas and wishes to the amazing Mark who created my treasured bangle, he even took the time to have a chat and make sure that I was completely satisfied when I collected... it means a lot. James at JPD remodelled my engagement ring . I’m absolutely delighted with it . Service was brilliant from start to finish and prices very reasonable.
They may be good at what they do repair wise unfortunately I did not experience any quality customer service. They can't be bothered to advise customers personally the best way to repair their treasured jewellery they appear disinterested and have lack of care and understanding of sentimental value. I would not go back
Fantastic service during the 2nd lockdown. I sent an email enquiry via their website regarding ring resizing and received a prompt reply. Very quick and easy to arrange collection and return of my ring, with upfront information about cost (which I paid via bank transfer) Amazing job at polishing and resizing my ring - I would recommend JPB jewellers and I commend them for providing a first class service during a difficult time for businesses.
AMAZING! We felt that the guys were so honest and had a clear love for their work. My engagement ring was a custom order based on something that I had seen on pinterest and the jeweller made it even better than the picture that I gave him. The intricate detail on the gold is just stunning. When we returned for our wedding rings (in the picture) John was just brilliant at giving us sound advice on how to best achieve the look of bands that we wanted and we are just in love with the results.
