I visited the Yardley store with my Nan who is looking for something to wear for her 90th birthday. The lady whose name I didn’t catch made her feel so special like a personal shopping experience although we left without finding the dress. Thank you so much x

Top name brands at low low prices. I heard about this place in my friend and was taken along and ended up buying three shirts couple of T-shirts and some trousers name brands and for less than £60 and the best thing about it is all the proceeds go to Charity. Can’t wait to go back again.

You can find good bargains, just like in TK maxx, however customer service is really poor and be careful because beside the constant “can we round it up?” they will try to rip you off. Check your receipt carefully every time!!! I have bought few items including a coat for 19.99 However it was slightly big so i brought it back. Swapped to some other items, but still they had to pay something back to me. At home i have tried the new purchases on and a dress did not fit. Checked the receipt to took the dress back when i have recognised that for the coat of 19.99 they have only refunded me 9.99. Went back to the shop and told them - when i had the chance, because they have constantly interruped me - what happened. They wasted 10 - 15 minute by finding all kind of excuses, and not directly but called me a liar, when finally decided to check the camera and old receipts. After they find iut that actually i was right they seemed to be offended and havn’t even sad sorry to wasted my time not to mention that they tried to pinch a£10 off

Is OK... some nice items, people who use these charity shops have little money to spend... (i'm one of them) So why are they all selling items very expensive... most think there in comparison to new shops a d want the same or more money... marked only as 3 stars due to being too expensive.... come on, you CHARITY SHOPS... I know it's a charity... and I no you need money... but there has to be a limit... you're losing money by losing customers.. so the charity losses in the end

Good value for money. Shopping here is for a good cause.

Love it at Newlife...there's always some great items. I usually purchase items that are from River Island originally as I recognise the tags. It is an inviting store full of colour and draws me in, unlike the Cannock store I visited last month. The staff are always very friendly and I've got to say, Jackie always shows me something that she knows I'll love. She also knows the kind of style my friend likes, as I usually buy for others too. I never usually leave without buying anything!! Jackie is always helpful and friendly and knows her customers. I've seen she treats us all with the same attitude. She's an asset to this store and has a great professional attitude to the customers. LOVE THIS STORE!

A great place to shop, helpful staff, full of bargains. Check all your items though (zips, poppers etc) because i have found many damaged items and staff can only give you 10% off for any defects and then it cannot be returned.
