I only needed a new battery for my wrist watch, but was also able to get some valuable information regarding other services (jewellery repairs, resizing, etc). Very friendly and professional, would happily return.
Amazing service, took the size of my partners finger (hoping it was right as it was a surprise gift) free resizing was offered too if it wasn't quite right and the guys made this ring and it’s perfect, fast and efficient, Thankyou so much.
Can’t thank them enough for melting my late dad’s gold chain into this stunning bracelet. They talked me through everything & even videoed the process for me which is a really nice thing to have. Also gave me back the unused scrap gold which to be honest I wouldn’t have even questioned it, so I thought this was really honest & that goes a long way with me. Will definitely be using them again! We had a quite specific requirement for nine pieces of jewellery for family members. JBH were recommended by another jewellers and we weren't disappointed. 2 years ago I had to go to the hospital and had a problem with my hands, the hospital advised that I’d got early onset arthritis and needed my rings cut off the one finger as the knuckle wouldn’t go down enough to get them off and could cause long term problems. I rang several jewellers but with them being platinum and it was during covid, I was struggling to find anyone to help. On my 5th phone call Jbh Jewellers came to my assistance. By the time I got to the shop I was quite upset & distressed but they were extremely patient & careful. They didn’t rush and took their time to carefully cut them off (which is not easy with platinum)… they didn’t charge me, just helped me. I said I’d return once my hands had settled enough to get my rings repaired and re-sized. So 2 years on I kept to my word & returned to the shop on Saturday, they were pleased to see me and they talked me through everything…the price was extremely competitive and I left my rings in their trust. I collected them today and they fit again absolutely perfect… they sparkle like new and I’m super pleased with them. The shop is not particularly local to me as I live Penistone way but I will definitely return in the future and use them for any jewellery related needs. Thank you to everyone that works there, you were brill!
Top service, nice lads seem very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing, left an engagement ring with them to get re-sized, had it done next day, polished too, looks amazing and brand new, couldn't be happier honestly.
