   I've been going to this gym for over two months now, and it's been a great experience! The classes are varied and enjoyable, and the timetable works really well with my schedule. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and very approachable, which makes a big difference. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The only area where improvement is needed is the cleanliness of the gym but aside from that, it’s a fantastic little place that I’m really happy to be a part of. Highly recommend checking it out!

   Wanted to start swimming once a week on advice of doctor due to arthritis. £9 a session and must book online. Basically I've been priced out of swimming because I'm not a member or in receipt of some sort of benefit. The website is atrocious to navigate and does not have any info on single sessions or even the correct opening info for lane swimming. Good luck to any older people who just fancy a swim and don't use their phone to book everything. Appalling business practices. Receptionist on the phone was helpful.

   My child attended rookie lifeguards on a Saturday morning at Royston baths. The instructor was rude, unprofessional and appalling behaviour displayed. She belittled my child openly infront of other children. Very clickly and unless the child attends the performance lessons aswell as rookie they won't be welcome to the group. I did complain to management however false promises as the behavior continued and no appology. I would not recommend. Safe to say my child no longer attends and it has completely knocked her confidence.

   Attended with my daughter for swimming lessons, clean with friendly staff, although there swimming instructors not very informative, had no idea what was happening and we were stood at the observation window but the children we not even brought into that pool... bit disappointed with that as we would have liked to see her 1st lesson. If it was in her best interest to be in a different pool, it's fair enough but should have been informed, IMO. Daughter enjoyed it n that's the main thing.

   Our daughter went to her swimming class today and the changing rooms stunk of pure urine, when she dropped her towel on the floor then went to wrap her hair up it was clear there was lots of wee on the floor leaving my daughter stinking until we got home and bathed her straight away. This needs addressing as my 9 year old was distraught gipping in the car on the way home. Not how we would expect in an environment like that

   Came here for some aquatic exercise and it was great. The changing room reeked of urine it was awful and filthy. I felt gross changing in there. I went into a few different stalls to get away from the smell only to realize it’s the whole room.

   First time I've been to this swimming pool. Nice size pool and not busy. No slides ( which we knew) or floats out but kids loved it. Will definitely go back. Clean and spacious changing rooms .

   So I joined this gym at the beginning of 2022, after 10 years of not stepping into one. I was out of shape and unsure of what to do. I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities available at this gym and the amount of things you get for your subscription. The staff are super-friendly and are always happy to help. I had my induction with Louise and she has been helping me achieve my goal by tailoring a workout plan for me. Definitely the best gym I've ever been to.
