A fantastic place, staff are friendly and know us mostly by name. The lifeguards are so helpful , it's a joy to go to.
Crowle waited a long time for a facility like this. I realise that it's only a few years old but it's spotlessly clean, the pool area is warm and the gym appears to have all the latest equipment. The staff seem helpful and knowledgeable, nothing at all to fault it on really.
Only used the pool, but the changing rooms and showers were very clean and spacious and the pool was fine.
Joined this gym because of their promise to create a ‘safe and supportive environment,’ but I’ve had to dodge more reps from fellow members than I’ve done in actual workouts! The staff’s approach? Nonexistent. I swear they must have mistaken me for some kind of networking coordinator. So, if you’re looking for a gym where lifting means something entirely different, this is your place!
Useless staff and management. Tennis courts are never r prepared on time. These are very dirty and dangerous in places. Also, when showering after heavy session, you are going to burn yourself. Countless amount of attempts to talk to management over 3yrs !!! without any success whatsoever!!! The badminton nets are old, with huge holes. The leisure centre staff never grasped how to set the badminton net despite many years of practice! Only few, literally few, decent and great people there.
It was the best place ever I even got to get goggles from there I didn't even have trouble swimming !
Fantastic facility, changing rooms are very clean , the showers are very warm with several private cubicles. The pool itself is 25m length but slightly narrower than the pods but it is warmer water than the rest of the pools in the area. Even small things like vending machines have a tap and go option and a hot drinks machine. Viewing area for non swimmers with ample seating (plastic chairs) only downside I can think of, best pool in the nl active group only just over 3 years old fantastic facility sums it up best.

Lovely and clean, not been swimming for over 6 years, and found access easy as steps into the shallow end.,
This centre is great for swimming which is what I use it for. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The centre is exceptionally clean. The changing area is superb with lots of cubicles including family sized ones and large private showers too. Lots of baby friendly features too.
