   Thankyou to Jeremy, Jodie and the team for a fabulous Christmas lunch and afternoon. This is our second year attending, with our party of 55 people for our fund raising event. With the warm cosy fire, tables set with Christmas decorations, lovely food and atmosphere we had a great time. As ever communication is perfect prior to coming, and looked after us very well on the day, nothing too much trouble. I have also visited recently as a group of 8 and 4. Great pub, food, atmosphere and recommend the “0” Guinness. Thankyou again, and already booked in for December 2026!

   Loverly stop for a bite to eat. Friendly welcome and good atmosphere. Good selection of bar meals or restaurant. We opted for the sandwiches which were great. Level and suitable for wheel chairs. Large carpark and dog friendly. Certainly will call again when in the area.

   Just fancied a last minute roast yesterday. Racked our brains to find out what was close. Read some reviews of the Egerton Arms. Been going there for years whilst working at a local care home, but not been in a long time. Managed to get a table for 3 at 2:30pm (plus our dog!). Quick service, excellent menu. Ordered 3x roast dinners. Wow!! I had the roast chicken and it was fabulous. Piping hot, fresh and so tasty. Amazing portion size with veg on the side as well. For £16.95 as well there are no complaints. I've paid £20 elsewhere and been nowhere near as good! We will be back, absolutely no doubt about that. Well done guys. Keep it up!!

   Dropped in here for some lunch. The place is all wood and floorboards, very nice country pub. It must have been busier than usual as we waited a long time and nobody came back to the table after our main to see if we wanted anything else.

   Dropped in for a quick lunch and driver break. The food was delicious. We had a katsu chicken wrap and sticky crispy beef wrap with a side of double cooked chips. The staff were excellent and ensured we were well looked after. We will definitely return here on our next visit

   We've had a few meals here and have really enjoyed the food , the staff have always been polite and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. Miss the deli now a gallery shame . Looking forward to the next visit . We had Sunday roast dinners. Sorry, only photos of the dessert which was amazing, it was the Edgerton Arms Eaton mess ....in a sundea glass . What a great balance of the ice cream and cream with the tart of the summer fruits , really really enjoyed it.

   Good food staff are friendly but one male member sent me to the nearest alternative pub which he said was about 10 to 15 mins away turned out to be 40mins away.I was knackered missed valuable drinking time.

   Booked a table for 5 and the manager emailed back to confirm, no issues there. Got a nice table next to a fire, food was decent and outdoor area is nice. Good selection of seating indoor and out and we had a lovely time playing pool at 50p per game. Would return
