   I used to love this pool but trying to book onto the women's only sessions these days would seem to be impossible, they are always booked up!

   Heartbreaking to see how quickly it deteriorated under new management: incompetent customer service, kids swimming grossly overbooked, the website member area is a mess & quite dodgy. Won't comment on Wi-fi as it was never perfect. The main change under Sports and Leisure Management’s Everyone Active is that facilities are the same just the staff is now incompetent and arrogant, squeezed too many kids on session making it impossible to make good progress or feel comfortable. Awful greed.

   My son has been to the swimming pool many times but when going to the gym we have had a few problems. He has a membership and has gone many times however, this time apparently the guardian also needs membership ,which no other members of staff had never mentioned to us previously.

   What a lovely little Victorian baths. I came for a 7am swim this morning for the first time and loved it. You need to book a slot as they get filled up pretty quickly, but I think you can pay on the day too. The pool was a lovely temperature, and not over crowded with most spaces gone. Individual changing cubicles are along each long side of the pool, keeping in keeping with the history of the building. Did read some reports of the pool area being dirty, but going for the first session of the day was very clean. There is also a small gym on site, and by the reception area are some vending machines. Excited to go back!

   Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The online booking system is straight forward. There never seems like there are too many people in the pool at once. Lanes are a good width. All in all this is a great place to swim.

   Good 4 the swimming lessons very old school pool with changing rooms leading straight into pool a Blast from the 70's early 80s cause if your looking for wave machines, killer slides and beach island scenes with cafe serving brevarages & food while you watch the kids swim for a bit..... Then forget it chlorine filled pool with steps to get in and out the pool plus a shallow & deep end

   Its great that this place is still there, open and serving the community for a lower cost option to health and fitness. It is basic and has minimal facilities but it does serve a purpose. Swimming was fully booked when I cam here on a Thursday afternoon but it didn't affect things too much.
