I brought my son for his gym induction today, I can not thank the gym instructor enough I believe his name was ( Mihai ) he was so patient with him, knowledgeable and welcoming, he can't wait to return Thank you again!
AVOID!!!! the lovely young boy who used to work there, jake or josh? i think his name was is no longer there and it’s completly ruined my expierience the rest off the staff are so rude and frankly just don’t want to be there. the lifeguard, Connie. was on her phone and could not be less engaged with the individuals in the pool. my son was struggling to swim and i tried to get her attention and she simply just stared into the abyss before returning to type. luckily i managed to get him back to the surface but she wouldn’t beable to save a drowning child. i think it is abysmal that the lifeguards are allowed mobile devices and she was taking pictures and videos as well?! very unsafe when there are children in the pool. avoid and go to concord.
I took my son to his first swimming lesson at Springs 10/09 He is just turned 5. He absolutely loved it. We managed to get a slot for straight from school which is handy as it is just up the road. There's a room for parents to sit in and watch with vendors for tea/coffee, snacks etc. I do feel as the lessons are only half and hour and the next class is already waiting when you collect your child it's hard to speak to instructors but I havent had chance to fully look at the app yet so maybe they update on there. He really enjoyed it and that's the main thing for me. He cannot wait to get back. Up to now it's seems good.
My husband and I visited this centre while holidaying from Australia. We were welcomed with guest passes, friendly service and enjoyed our workout in a well equipped gym. Swimming pool looked too small and had limited time slots available so for this reason I only gave a 4 rating, but the gym and reception staff definitely deserve a 5+. Monthly fees seem really reasonable.
Took my wife to an appointment at royal hallamshire hospital she was gonna be there for just over 2 hours so I thought why not do a good workout I managed to get a free pass for the day gym was very good and staff were very helpful would highly recommend to anyone x
Been going for a long time very friendly staff and customers bit disappointed that theres no showers for the next 4 weeks but well cope a small but up to date one good for all types of fitness and ages

Daughter been waiting on the list for lessons for 5 months, checked weekly to see how far away she was when my other child had his lesson to find out 2 weeks ago she had been removed from the list and not contacted (a glitch they said) the lady on the desk promised she’d rectify it and contact me back, suprise suprise she didn’t! So I called today to be told the only thing they can do is put her at the back of another very long list!! One disappointed 5 year old (who’s other friends went on the list after her) is yet again missing out. Avoid the list like the plague!!! Also the changing room showers and toilets always stink and aren’t up to a great standard.
A gym that opens at 830 in this day and age typical council... lazy hours that suit the employees only ...the state of the changing rooms a Mexican prison comes to mind
The pool is lovely although the showers, changing rooms are very tired. The place could do with refreshing. The lockers only accept 10p and often get stuck. The place would benefit from a refresh of the showers and changing facilities.
