Highly recommended for anyone looking for a legit Caribbean meal. Flavours and spices were spot on. Portion sizes were great too. Good value for money! We were served by the attentive Jodie! She made sure our dinner experience was an enjoyable one. Great service and please send our compliments to her.
If taste buds could dance, mine were definitely doing the reggae at Turtle Bay in Liverpool. The food? Absolute yum! The staff were friendly, fast, and somehow managed to keep their cool even while balancing trays of food that looked like works of art. They made us feel like VIPs… or at least VIBs (Very Important Bellies) The vibe is laid-back, colourful, and the kind of place where you could happily enjoy a tummy full meal.

If you’re in Liverpool, definitely consider this place for lunch. I’d recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends, as it’s lively, busy, and full of energy. The staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is just lovely!
Fantastic meal with friends , food was absolutely popping . Great service and our waiting omay was fantastic, queens grills level service . We got our value with the bottomless cocktails . Loved it . My curry was so nice and the cocktails were so good .
Step into Turtle Bay and you will be blown away by the decor and the feel for a Caribbean experience. But it stops at that. Unfortunately, the restaurant was noticeably understaffed with a waiter coming around once in a blue moon. However, our waiter was quite friendly and helpful with my allergies, though of course stressed that there was no guarantee that there would be no contamination. I highly recommend that this establishment makes greater efforts on service speed, as our table had far too much time to decide what to eat. In terms of food, it was rather plain and particularly unfilling, especially for its price. I assume the premium was due to the town location. My friends felt similarly, suggesting we should go somewhere for dessert after. I had an elderflower soft drink which was rather nice, but disappeared far too quickly as we waited for food. Overall, Turtle Bay was a good experience but not one I would repeat any time soon. The staff are friendly, but the two hours spent there felt like an eternity, even just waiting for someone to take our order.

Went to Turtle Bay, Hanover Street for Bottomless Brunch and it was fabulous. The food was so tasty and our server Dee was so attentive and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and kept the drinks topped up. 5 star review.
Omg this place was amazing... I treated my mum to a bottemless brunch and ill be back with her every 4 weeks!! The food was delicious and the drinks were just so so good .. we were there for 2hrs and managed to get 8 cocktails down us. 100% will bring my 2 year old he will absolutely love the food and the vibe here. The girl who served us, Dee she was amazing making sure we were loving the food and drinks and that we were happy with everything.
