I went in to buy a tux, but sadly my size was out of stock. Despite that, Mac came to the rescue and went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. He called different stores to find the piece and got it reserved. Genuinely 10/10 experience. If you are ever in store, ask for him. Real legend
I visited the Next store at Gypsy Lane, Luton on Tuesday 26th August 2025, needing a suit for my son at the very last minute for a wedding. There was nothing suitable available on the shop floor, and I was starting to worry. That’s when I was assisted by Samiya, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. She went above and beyond to help me, going into the stock room two or three times to check for sizes and options. She gave me her undivided attention, made sure I felt supported, and even helped me choose shoes to complete the outfit. Thanks to her dedication and care, my son had a suit to wear and we were able to attend the wedding properly dressed. Without Samiya’s help, I truly don’t think we would have managed. Her customer service was outstanding — professional, kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me. Employees like her make all the difference, and I want to express my sincere gratitude.

I was stopped by an extremely helpful shop assistant by the name of Mac. He helped me with finding the right size for my suit, and gave me great advice picking accessories like ties. I would give him 10 out of 10 but Google doesnt allow such ratings. Thank you Mac for all your help!

Store was meant to open at 8am, wasn’t open till after 8.15am. Then once inside - no staff available to assist till 9am, a waste of time getting there for opening time.
Nice shop and the young ladies who work here r very pretty, all have nice faces and hair, will be back to shop
The customer service is absolutely atrocious here, around 6pm on 11/08 a younger looking girl served us and had absolute no customer service, we did not hear a hello or a goodbye No smile , struggled given us full information . Initially 4 members of staff were chatting at the tills and there was no urgency to serve no smile no greet and meet. We went to Milton Keynes NEXT the day before and the lad was so polite and the customer services was on point ! Also to add on the lady at costa was extremely nice and made us smile ☺️ 100/10 customer services from her
Great store, I shop at this one a lot as close to work. Shame about the state of the toilets on Friday 25th March 2022. Disabled toilets have a lose door handle and one of the cubicles in the ladies is broken. No loo roll either.
