Called into my local boots today for advice .... " put out" with the customer service / manners of the( unfamiliar)assistant on the till ...who while seemed knowledgeable lacked tact and manners going as far as bluntly questioning the customer in front of me why she needed 2 of something and totally putting her on the spot to justify it....while I understand this may be a good practise with certain medical products......there's a way of enquiring I also felt she was unhelpful with me making me feel uncomfortable for asking advice . Maybe this wasn't her usual role but tact and warmth were definitely missing x
Never seen such a disgraceful person like the young blonde "lady" in the pharmacy.. If you don't know dear how to deal with people, don't work with them!!!!! Everyone else is nice and helpful.
Lovely staff, but don't actually sell any boots, think they should look at changing their name.
Waste of space, trying to get prescriptions there, and getting to correct items, are hit and miss. Always have to wait, call back next day..useless..! Poor stock controller.!!
Great selection of pharmaceuticals. With a good selection of gift ideas and essentials. However don't expect to find what you would in larger boots. This store still offer great service and all your medicals cosmetic needs.
Naff, perfumed goods smell was overwhelming and triggered a hay fever like reaction. Overpriced. Chock full of Christmas tack at the moment. Rammed with lemmings all snapping up rubbish smelly sets to a veritable cacophony of awful Christmas music on a loop. That's it was until February now. Unbearable from Nov through January...
