   Excellent customer service. The easiest online ordering process with my horses favourite/the only haylage he will eat was stocked and available to collect or delivery. Which my regular supplier couldn’t supply. Free delivery over £40. What more could I ask for ….. well I ordered about midnight and next day it was delivered by 2pm!!!! (I was not expecting next day delivery - but they could do it/had availability). They called to arrange the delivery. When delivered they helped stack the 20 haylage bales to where they needed to be stored - they did it mostly themselves. Extremely friendly staff who called to arrange delivery and who delivered. Will 100% use again - now I know they exist.

   We have started using HHH for a number of reasons. 1. they can order what we need in a reasonable time frame. 2. it's only minutes away from home. 3. I can go on the way home from work too. 4. open on Sundays 5. CHEAPER THAN PETS AT HOME! All the staff are super friendly and can't do enough for you. Even letting me put some Business Cards on their counter. We will now continue using HHH for our dog feed. Hoping in the future they supply more dog items.

It is always service with a smile and they are so helpful when discussing what to feed my horses.
