   Very calm professional and takes the time to calm your pup down if they are nervous, my pup went in nervous and scared, picked her up and she was happy walking around, looking and snelling amazing! Definitely recomend!

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my dog here for his first groom, they were impatient with him, huffing and puffing at him because he was moving his head looking around, handled his head very heavy handed, they cut his paw and tried to cover it up and didn't inform me, they were just whispering amongst themselves about it but worst of all they took 1 of the leads off him that is attached to the table to groom the back of him, my dog started walking to edge of the table and I had to intervene as 1 more step and he would have been hanging off the table by his neck strangled! They didn't even notice. I suspect its because they were hungover as from what I can gather are big drinkers. Groomer was more into not breaking her newly done nails than grooming him. He was shaking as he was scared and done nothing to reassure him just huffed at him
