Hi I took my German shepherd in to Aintree today. Her name is Harley and has always been treated in Aintree and I must say she has been treated for 10 years and never a complaint. Today was by far the best. Thanks to the 2 nurses again thank you from me and Harley….
Really poor practice. Managed to let a canary escape that had been brought to them that was found in the wild. Zero safeguarding towards this animal. Didn’t even bother to search that far as it was spotted 100m away that morning and has not been sighted since. Fobbed me off when I asked how the canary escaped and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs!
Great caring veterinarians took great care of our kitten ( and many all of our previous cat's) would highly recommend Adams
We’ve been with Adam’s vets for four years after taking on a senior rescue cat. We joined the pet health club to get the worming and flea treatments as well as nail clippings and health checks. We had great care right to the very end and the staff are so caring and amazing. We lost our cat last week and still grieving Adams sent us a beautiful card and note which we truly appreciated thanks Adam’s vets can’t thank you enough for all the care xx
Phoned to enquire about cats protection neutering 1st lady was pleasant ( which is why 2*) 2nd lady very abrupt told if not registered then phone elsewhere . What's the point in being registered as a cat's protection vet if you won't see cat's via cat's protection neutering scheme.
Vet was very caring and reassuring. From receptionist to the vet they were all very supportive.
I usually go to Adams in Fazakerley but my boy needed his boosters & they couldn't fit us in, so we went to the Wavertree branch. Lovely staff, and got in to our appointment on time. Can't ask for more!
Extremely kind and caring vets and nurses have been looking after my dogs for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for their care.
A couple of weeks ago, we had to say goodbye to our beloved 16 year old cat Sooty. The vet was very caring and sympathetic and Sooty passed away peacefully. Today, I received a card from Adams Vets with our Sooty's little paw prints enclosed. It was so unexpected and it made me cry, , but it was such a lovely kind and thoughtful gesture which is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all the care you gave Sooty over the last 16 years.
