   Shopped there on Saturday for a phone case. After I'd left and gone to the butchers, I realised my purse wasn't in my bag. Returned to the phone shop on the off chance, and was quite overwhelmed when the young man reached under the counter and gave me my purse. It warmed my heart and restored my faith in humans. So good to know there ARE honest people still out there. Bravo young man, I can't thank you enough.

   iPhone 14 Pro Max - incorrect screen for the phone fitted, very visible at the bottom of the screen. Significant battery drain since the screen replacement. Goes from 80% to 25% in a couple of hours even when the phone is not being used. £70 for this, now I need to get a new phone.

   Visited the store 3 times now and each time service has been amazing. 1st time was a broken screen which was repaired the same day. 2nd time was another screen repair which was done in a day too. 3rd was my phone wouldn't connect to my network & this was sorted within an hour!    Avoid this place went in to get an iPhone 14 speaker changed, went back 2 hours later and it was still faulty. They told me they had replaced it but that was a lie. I took it to a shop in Runcorn and they told me they hadn't even took the back off. Can't believe they would of been happy taking £65 off me for doing nothing. Oh and it only cost me £35 to get it replaced at Runcorn 'Mobile Repair UK' and they did it whilst I waited about 30 mins

   So many phone repair shops to choose from…and I picked the BEST! The customer service is amazing. They ordered me a new screen for my camera, due to the post It was a little late arriving so they messaged me to let me know. Amazing price too! All over good experience! Thanks Guys!
