   A fantastic company with amazing staff members who go above and beyond to help with your enquiries. Over the years I have become a repeat customer, all the pieces I have had are gorgeous! They are very helpful when it comes to repairs. I went bespoke for my wedding headpiece, Alice & Susie were amazing to talk to through my ideas and I am very happy with the result! Down to the small details of the hand painted box. Safe to say this is my favourite brand and I will continue to come back. This boutique is small but you get the more personal touch.

   I could not recommend this jewellers enough. I first had this idea for a customised necklace years ago with two magpies for my late Nana, Joy, and a wren for my late grandma, Jenny wren. My partner purchased the tiny wren for my 40th and my family contributed to the cost of the customised magpies and branches to be built around it. I was consulted all the way through this with recommendations made but listening to my preferences too. They were understanding at every step and communicated well, keeping me informed. My necklace is beautiful, I couldn't have wished for anything more. A real treasure which I'm sure will become an heirloom. Thank you so much to Alice, Susie and the bespoke team. What a lovely and supremely talented bunch!!

   I’ve had the pleasure of owning a gold plated bumble bee necklace for several years and I’ve worn it most of the time. Sadly it had lost its shine. I enquired to see if Alex Monroe offered a gold plating service to my item as it has lost its lustre and some of its colour in places. I was delighted to hear that they offer this service at a very reasonable price. I sent the necklace off and what returned was just unbelievable! It was like brand new m, including a new chain. I was staggered to see it back to its original state. The communication was superb and what returned was just incredible. I still can’t believe it it’s actually the same item!So if you have an item that’s loosing its lustre, do contact Alex Monroe and get your item replated. You won’t regret it.

   Earrings faulty item. I bought this from outside the UK, so I had to pay custom charges. I contacted their support and asked to return the item and get my money back for customs as I received a faulty item. They would not help me with this, but I could return the earrings. What I don't understand is how can these be shipped when there is clearly something wrong with them! I feel like they didn't bother to check because I life outside the UK and it's hard for me to return these. Would nog recommended to buy from their website, buy in to store so you can see what you get. I've got another item that I love from them, but this experience is really salty... -To the owner, I will correct the review if I wronged this store. But for now I'm the one that's wronged, with earrings that aren't wearable and money out of my bank.

   I had such a great experience both times I’ve been to this boutique. Me and my partner chose an engagement ring from here (the beekeeper collection). It is an exquisite ring with beautiful detail and I can’t stop admiring it. The team at the boutique are so lovely! Offered us a drink when I came back to resize the ring (free resizing in the first 6 months of buying the ring). They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Feel very at ease here. Will be looking to come back and pick our wedding rings!
