Pre covid we highly rated Pepe's whilst living in Mangotsfield. Back in Bristol tonight wanting to revisit good times, WRONG ! They phoned to increase price after online order then missing and incorrect on delivery. What has happened!
I tried their pizzas and fried chicken, and both were delicious! The food was prepared quickly, and parking was convenient right outside. The staff was lovely, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Ordered two meals to be delivered to the local holiday inn as we use our local pepes often and enjoy their food. The order arrived with one meal missing and the rest of the food stone cold. Could not get back in contact with the store. Delivery was sealed with two stickers do the mistake was the stores. Not ideal for one person to not have dinner tonight. Or wasn’t a big order two meals shouldn’t be too tasking to complete correctly. Would NOT recommend.
Great chicken shish kebab, honest fries, powerful chili sauce, fresh salad. The chicken is tasty and tender. £12 is decent for this shish kebab with fries as you're definitely getting your money worth considering the veeeery generous portion! I didn't appreciate their burgers as much though.
Order from you a lot but lately the keebab has been warmed up gripping in dirty black bits of grease and all over the pitta bread chips are nice but that’s about it and when you call to complain the man in charge is rude won’t resolve the situation just gives you a bad attitude I ordered and Called got attitude normally it’s nice but was vile again and called and got the same attitude. It’s really gone down hill since it’s been taken over and no customer service at all when your spending money in these times atleast you think they would want to keep custom and fix it not give no care. Good luck I’m sure by looking at alot of reviews people are saying the same so hopefully things will change before you loose even more regular customers

pepe's is a wonderful place. good chips, very good service, Bora gave me a tissue when I had a nose bleed.for the first time. wonderful place all the people were great to us
Huge bag of fries, whole chicken breast in your bun, really good value for your money. Friendly fast. Have used for years and will continue to use. Would highly recommend, unless you don't like value for money.
Have been a very regular customer for several years. Recently service, delivery and food has deteriorated greatly. Upon making complaints was treated appallingly by irate, illogical and ignorant owner/manager. Do not recommend unless you like cold greasy chicken leftover from previous nights frying and cold chips delivered an hour after promised
