    They gave us a 30-minute delivery time, but the food arrived after 1 hour .The second time was also late. Recently, we ordered 6 times, and the delivery was late each time. Once, I even went for pickup, and they still hadn’t prepared the order. The food is good, but the delivery service is very poor.

    If you’re in Fishponds or anywhere in Bristol, Baba Kebab is an absolute must-try. I’ve been to plenty of kebab shops over the years, but nothing comes close to the quality here. The meat is always tender, flavourful, and clearly top-quality — you can taste the difference with every bite. Their sauces are incredible too: rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced. And even the salad, which many places treat as an afterthought, is genuinely the best I’ve ever had in a kebab shop. Fresh, crisp, and full of flavour — it really completes the meal. The portions are great, the staff are friendly, and the food is consistently excellent. If you want a proper kebab made with care and quality ingredients, this is the place. Baba Kebab is easily the best kebab spot in Bristol. Highly recommended!

    If I'm honest very expensive but it was only place open here after midnight .. first time I've ever paid a tenner for two fried chicken chips and a coke ..I will never ever eat from here again ..the chicken was just fried bones .awful

    Awful food and awful staff (especially the owner). I have been ill for 2 days after eating from here. Please see uploaded picture. The meat was stale and dried? and there was a chemical taste and smell to it? Like a window cleaner? Called back, asked for owner, he was rude and 'passive threatening' about me coming in for refund? He then said something in another language and put phone down? Had to take it up with third party app. If value your health, dont go here. Lesson learnt.

    Terrible customer service. The initial staff member I had spoke to gave me sarcastic attitude and poor service as soon as I entered. I started getting fed up of his attitude and other staff members could see that I was starting to get annoyed, so kindly removed the arrogant staff member out the way and served me. Get rid of that guy, he’s gonna cost this business dearly.
