Come here for my dads birthday a couple of weeks ago and the food was considerably better than last time I've visited the chain. The staff were helpful bringing a birthday cake out and playing a short happy birthday song. Will be back again.
While the picture really doesn't do it justice, this BBQ Brisket Loaded Fries was absolutely incredible. So yummy! Fries were perfectly cooked - fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. The meat was fabulous and tasty. All in all the ratio of each ingredient was perfect! One of the best loaded fries combos I've had and would 100% get again. Highly recommend! Got this via Uber eats, delivery was pretty fast and food arrived hot :)
All the staff are super friendly and professional. Even though it is expensive it is delicious and it was surprisingly fast. I would come again except with my parents so they can pay.
Big portions, flavoursome food. Friendly and attentive service without being fake. The restaurant was quite quiet on a Thursday night but that was actually quite nice. The staff encouraged us to sing for somebody's birthday, which was sweet. Nice mocktails.
The food was quick at coming out and was not too bad the only thing was that the food is gone up in price for what you get we did ask for extra corn on the burger which they swapped for chips as they put it down incorrectly
Food was nice but we were rushed from the minute we sat down, only 3 tables occupied so assuming the staff wanted to get home for an early night. Food order was wrong and drinks forgotten. Not sure I'll be back. Food was very good when it arrived but not a good overall experience.
I've not been to a Frankie & Benny's for a long time.. Out was always a guarantee of bad service and food Times have changed - went to the Longwell Green restaurant after a movie and had a great time. The place has been refitted is bright modern and clean. The staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly. The food was great without exception. A airfield shot put to the kids menu - which is actually fun and appealing.. Normally we let the kids order adult food as many places just offer nugget and beans. Kudos for a varied kids menu and different portion sizes.. And vegan options! Any negative points? A couple. When we arrived there was a 20 minute wait.. But plenty of empty tables - I felt as if it was a ploy to get us into the bar to order extra drinks. It worked. The only other slightly negative point was the long wait between the starter (which came within minutes) and the main course which took about 40 minutes.

First time I have been to Frankie & Benny's for breakfast and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious. Prices were okay, a little more than I would normally pay, but the food was worth it - I also had the taste card, which can be used on breakfast items - so it made the meal cheaper. Was very clean and tidy. The server was very efficient and he was friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating, Plenty of parking outside. Would definatly come back for another visit!
