   Collected our order tonight to get home and the food order be wrong. My partner took back the item which was wrong to be shouted at and spoke to like dirt from the man serving the pizzas & kebabs. Phoned to complain about the service and the new kebab being swimming in grease for the women to talk down to me on the phone and make a forced apology. Will never be back!

   Fish suppers were shocking in size! Was more like a fish finger supper. Was so disappointed I called up to speak to the manager. I received nothing but a mouthful of rudeness and was told that if I didn’t like it - “go somewhere else”. Stay clear!

   I have been using the Supperbowl in Bankton for years but won't be again , bought two meals on Sat 23/july both meals soggy chips , also different black pudding from normal , NOT NICE at all went in the bucket along with the other meal my daughter couldn't eat , phoned to let them know but told everything was freshly made.

   The mixed tikka calzone is good but you have to ask them to leave the donner (unless you love donner). It shouldn't even be an ingredient. But my wife forgot to say this to them and they absolutely loaded it with donner to the point that we could hardly find any chicken or lamb pieces. Very disappointed. The photo attached actually shows more chicken than was really throughout the calzone, it was worse even than pictured.
