   Our recent stay at Vimorolo in the Tuscany region just south of Florence was more than we expected. Tuscany Now and More was gracious with contacts and suggestions to help our vacation experience be full of tours, chef experiences, and local info. The owners Maria and Vittorio were great the whole time we were there. They made great suggestions for places to eat in the area. And they answered all questions quickly. The pool was fantastic, the views amazing, and our stay was comfortable. It was truly a memorable experience, and it's definitely worth a return visiting the future.

   We had a really bad rental experience through this agency. We asked for a partial refund, sent pictures of our rental, and discussed the problems. They took an entire day to get back to us and then said if we had said something earlier they could have helped. We wrote them on Monday after coming to the rental Saturday afternoon. I've attached photos of the house we rented which cost 1000 euros a night. The beds had no duvets, the furniture had bed sheets draped on it, the kitchen was completely dysfunctional with dirty sponges that had fallen apart left for us to clean with, appliances that are broken and extremely old. It was shocking and our holiday was ruined. We left the house early despite loosing an exorbitant amount of money. It was my husband's birthday and we decided not to stay in uncomfortably there. Compared to other agencies that are actually interested in providing a positive experience and vacation for their customers, this agency doesn't seem to prioritize that. I would highly recommend other companies such as SPECIAL UMBRIA whose care for making people's holidays is genuine. The houses on here must not be checked by the agency, and we hope with our review that others aren't taken advantage of financially as we have been.

   The house we rented was Colli Fiorentini Tuscany Italy Agents are Tuscany Now and more. When we arrived what a shambles, we arrived on the 7\6\25 and we found nothing had been done, our family were arriving the next day, so I had to start sweeping as the place was in a filthy state, pictures as shown, their was no Wi-Fi, no tv working, no hot tub, no electric gates, all this had been advertised in the price, their was no kettle I had to use a saucepan to boil water for tea, the electric kept going off, we had one night with no electric until the morning, the air conditioning did not work in the second bedroom. Downstairs in the outside yard was a washing machine if you could stand the smell, which did not help the mosquitoes, we had no hot water for several days, we were charged £12,376 euros on top of that there was a fee of 90 euros for towels, on top of that they asked for 200 euros for a small Dachsund dog which we refused to pay, so they said they would accept 50 euros which we paid. Since our complaint to Tuscany & Now and More the owner has been round, in our time, for our last week here, setting it up for their next clients which should have been done for us, the house ceases to be yours , once again the holiday has been ruined, we booked this holiday a year previous in 2024 they have had a whole year to sought this out but failed to do so. We are aged 86 and 83 years of age we drove 4 days ,to get here with our small dog of 13 yrs knowing this was the last time we could drive this distance from England . As I am writing this the smell from down stairs from where the washing machine is, is overwhelming . WE INFORMED Tuscany & More, and after several conversations they sent a representative named Lily to the property, who took photos herself and agreed it was not up to expectations, the smell was appalling, we are covered in mosquitoes bites, we know they cannot do anything about mosquitoes, but the stagnant water did not help, the owner said he had 2 water tanks for a year, consequently a breeding ground for mosquitoes, the reason we are writing this review is that we would not like future holiday makers to be subjected to such disappointment. I believe Tuscany & More felt we had a genuine complaint because they refunded 50% of the total price so they must have realised we had a genuine complaint. We have never written a review before, but was incensed by the lack of care and responsibility for the price they charged, are these places not checked before the client arrives. The house itself is lovely, it is all down to maintenance, the next people might wonder why we are complaining, but the work is being done in our time so that they, perhaps, benefit from our loss. How many properties on there list are in this condition?

   Our 2 week stay at Casa Tara was amazing. I felt like I was in the setting of a Hallmark movie! Mario, literally came every morning to work on landscaping and clean the pool. Our kids spent many hours playing in the pool and on the tennis court. The house was decorated with neat art and furniture. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and also highly recommend the chef they can arrange to come in to cook meals - Chef Jacopo. Vania was a super friendly and helpful contact during our stay if we had any questions. Plus, it was between 35-50 minute drive from many neat Tuscany towns including our favorite, San Gimignano.

There were so many thoughtful touches that I couldn’t possibly list them all—each one made our celebration feel more meaningful. Outstanding Host Franca was incredibly responsive throughout our entire experience. She didn’t just meet our expectations—she exceeded them at every turn. For our 20th anniversary celebration, she and her team created moments that will stay with us forever. Final Recommendation Do yourself a favor and book Ca’ Dogaressa. I can promise you it will be the experience of a lifetime. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone like we were or simply seeking an authentic Italian getaway, this place delivers something truly extraordinary that goes far beyond typical accommodation.

   We rented the Villa Torre di Hesperides through Tuscany Now and More. It is no longer lovely. It may have been as lovely as the pictures depict at some point in time, but sadly no more. We vacationed there the last week of September 2022, and the house was run down including the grounds (Villa is in need of a lot of tender love and care). We had electricity and plumbing issues (also spotty internet and no working television). Our last evening and morning there, we had no running water. That to us was an emergent issue, but not to Tuscany Now and More and the Villa care takers. Imagine how unhygienic it was that we could not even flush the toilets. (Someone should have been sent to the Villa to repair within a few hours or at least as soon as the sun rose.) And lastly, the Villa is extremely remote and by no means easily accessible to anywhere. Using the term “minutes away” is taking liberties with what that term means to people. It would have been appreciated and appropriate to have been given an accurate representation and description of this Villa. And to have had problems dealt with timely and appropriately. Tuscany Now and More should do a better job of setting realistic expectations and providing better assistance and responses. They certainly did not with this Villa. Beware when using Tuscany Now and More. Unfortunately, my accommodations will not be a fond memory from my trip to Italy.

   We were disappointed with the service and where the villa was situated as we were told it was only a 10-15 minute walk into town and Tuscany and More will not give you any information until you have paid in full. The team send emails but in Italy no one gets back to you and then when you ask for assistance in regards to Taxi's etc they were very unhelpful The villa we stayed at was Podere Casalfava in Sarteano and be wary it does say 7 bedrooms but one is in the attic and you would have to go down a winding staircase and through another bedrrom to get to it The owner tried to make us pay for 2 unbrellas that fell over in the wind, we refussed to pay and she was not very nice Overall I would not recommend your company as you dont provide enough information prior to booking and you dont instill confidence for people that are travelling along way

   Incredibly disapponting experience. Shame on you! We‘ve booked a villa for this summer. We have even received a booking confirmation, telling us to await further payment instructions. We have witten several mails, which obviously remained unanswered and made numerous phone calls which were also not answered. After six weeks of trying to get in touch with them, we were told, that the villa was in the meantime booked by someone else. And they weren‘t even able to offer us other villas for the same period. So, now we are again at the point we were six weeks ago. Summed up, it actually appears to be a rather chaotic and unprofessional holiday agency.

   Stayed for a week at the beautiful villa Lamore di Carla in the Chianti region and could not have been more pleased with the both the villa and the service of TN&M! Villa was gorgeous and fully equipped, including with cots for babies, beautiful pool and outdoor area, etc. The caretaker on site spoke perfect English, cleaned every day, arranged everything for us. TN&M booked 2 incredible private chefs, a wine tasting, grocery shopping in advance of our arrival and was just so helpful and easy to work with. We had such a fantastic time that we just booked a villa again for this summer and are looking forward to our stay at Casa Tara in June!
