The food in here is to a very good standard. It's an unusual business as the restaurant and the takeaway are at separate locations on the same street. Nice decor inside and good customer service
Ordered a few things from the menu got home and started to plate up my food noticed my food was missing my ribs so I phoned and the staff was not very helpful tried to tell me to pick up the ribs that they forgot to pack and as I said I had started to plate the food not happy that I was expected to drive all the way back to pick up the ribs for the rest of my food to be cold…mistake are made but shouldn’t have to explain why Im not coming back to get what should of been in my bag….in the end up they said they would deliver the ribs the lady hang the phone up on me then she called back 15 min later and still waiting for my ribs over a hour no good customer service or attitude from the lady will not be back!also if using you can’t order at desk not good for proper who struggle and while in there i wasn’t the only one struggling to order on their machine the food is nice but not worth the hassle
I ordered honey chilli chicken and fried rice and basically got spicy batter and fried rice. There were no chicken to speak of. I was so hungry and now so disappointed. I also have no desire to eat the dish and it is going in the bin. I have no idea why people have about this place
We both really enjoyed all our food and the quick friendly service. The king prawn HK style was delicious as was the chicken and mushroom. The satay sauce was spot on, it wasn’t too runny or thick. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The premises is very modern and has a well designed interior. For takeaway the packaging and branding is excellent. We will definitely go back. The restaurant a long the road looks great too. I’d recommend a couple of drinks in Lock 27 then get a i Chai to take home.
Have only ever had takeaway, haven't made it to the restaurant yet! Food is always amazing! Staff are always friendly and chatty too.
Best Chinese we've had in a while, fast service, nice staff, and great atmosphere. Salt and Chilli Spring Rolls appetiser was delicious! Wonderfully crispy and spicy, my favourite spring roll I've had in Glasgow. We ordered the Hong Kong Sweet and Sour Chicken and the Chicken Satay (in sauce). Both were amazing, great flavour, nice and tender chicken, and good portion size. Would definitely visit again!
Delivery was a bit longer but my the food was lovely - first time I've ever finished a whole dish (crispy beef and fried rice). Highly recommended.
Yeah pretty good, takeway not my thing but needs must as per previous review. Good food and well priced. Had salt and chilli chicken with a portion of fried rice Couldn't finish it so fair to say it was a good portion of chicken and rice, vegetables were good, properly stir fried and still had some bite Nice and spicy, I normally don't do takeaway but would definitely try again, one of the better Chinese takeaways I've had
