Absolutely disgusting food . Ordered salt and chilli chicken balls, chips and a chicken curry . The chips were reheated and the chicken balls were burnt reheated and do hard you could have broke your teeth eating them . We waited roughly twenty minutes for food. Will definitely not be back
I have used Mr Rice Uddingston since the takeaway opened. The food has always been excellent the best around. Recently the quality has been poor. I know times are hard all round but if you are spending hard earned money on a treat you want it to be nice. Think I need to try elsewhere sadly.
Used to be really great food now ok,but waiting times and customer service are a joke.
Very poor ordering service for home delivery. Waited two hours for a delivery that never arrived. When I called back I was told that the order had never been placed, so the implication there is that somehow it's my fault, that I must have imagined making the call, talking to the lady, confirming my address, and placing the order? Definitley would NOT recommend and would advise instead to order from Just Eat, at least your guaranteed to get your order.
Used to be one of the best, especially through the pandemic, but how standards have fallen. Uninterested chefs, dissapointing food, not the least as tasty or anywhere near as good as previous management. Won't spend my money here again.
Have used them religiously since they opened serving great food. I have just waited 50 minutes for an ordered that I was told would take 20 minutes. Asked how long I would have to wait and told its just not ready. So asked for my money back and it was almost flung at mine like it was my fault. An absolute disgrace!
Noticed a big change with the quality of the food and portion size over the last few months. Been informed there is a new owner and new head chef. Shame it was one of the takeaways that was worth top marks. Now became normal a business cutting corners I appreciate your response it's not important who owns the business and is cooking corners have been cut with the Quality of the product. Other customers will hopefully review and help you get the quality and standards back on track . To drive the business forward.
Always very fast, excellent food. The happy meal deal is brilliant value. Some dishes marked as spicy are more bland than expected but food overall is very tasty. The best salt and chilli dishes around by county miles!!
