   Very overpriced. The food presented did not match the menu description. I paid £19.50 for a small plate of noodles and very dry saku saku duck soba. The egg, leek, beansprouts and spring onions were completely absent, there was one one single slice of red chilli on the plate. The other meals ordered weren't quite as terrible, but weren't great. The service was fine - polite, and fairly prompt, except for paying the bill. I was very disappointed. This was my first trip to a Wagamama. I will not be going again, or recommending it.

   This was, without a doubt, the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life – perfectly balanced flavors, rich broth, and fresh ingredients that made every bite incredible. Huge shoutout to the chef who created this bowl of perfection – pure magic! The service was just as impressive. Lucy and Lexie were both incredibly attentive, friendly, fast, and professional. They made me feel genuinely welcome and took care of everything with such warmth and efficiency. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I’ll definitely be back – and I’ll be dreaming about that ramen until then!

   Fantastic service- greeted by Sam and sat in a booth to accommodate my wife’s guide dog. Informative , helpful and lively kind service. New lunch menu is a winner. Lovely chicken ramen and beef salad. Proper nice treat for a birthday and absolute bargain. Tasty full flavour food. Great music playing in restaurant too. Clean and well presented throughout. wagamana a few years ago got dull but they have raised the game and back to being great! Thank you guys great lunch and amazing service throughout.

   Great experience at Wagamama. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food came out quickly and tasted fresh. The menu has a really good variety and everything we ordered was full of flavour. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, and it all felt good value for money. Will definitely be coming back.

   Great place, good access and parking. Seating is very good and area pleasing and effective. Meet and greet at door and shown to table. Service was very good and attentive. Happy people. Food is always wonderful as have eaten elsewhere. It can be very hot. Just ask if not sure. Meals were served 10 minutes between so we eat not together. This is the only improvement that could be looked at. It is freshly cooked, so it may of just been a situation on this day that delayed second meal. Kitchen open and clean and tidy. It is good to know fresh food is still cooked. Not rushed to eat, relaxed and informal.

   Wagamamas Trowbridge What a great experience despite the troubles the chefs had with the kitchen. Now I've been to many a wagas in my time but this is the first that ive been to one that has a seating area overlooking the kitchen, great experience (but no hiding for the chefs and kitchen team). Against all odds and the issues tonight with the boiler not working for the Ramans, the chefs in my opinion did a fantastic job.....my food took a little longer to come, but I enjoyed my Asahi Beer and when the food came it was very good !! Everyone LOVES a Wagas !!!! Thanks to the Trowbridge Team, especially the Chefs pictured and Sophie who took.my order, absolute saints, not a complaint from them even though I did mention front of house could have said to the many customers arriving that there was an issue with the Ramans.!! Well done !! Told you I'd post a good review....thanks ! Great picture of the Chefs at Trowbridge. Julian

   Delicious food. Nice location. 2 stars minus because 1. I would not have been told how spicy the food is. But the main reason is 2. From a hygienic point of view: the glasses and cutlery could be better cleaned. Water stains and other small stains were unappetizing.
