"Make sure that is paid " not just once but twice. The boys looked embrassed by your female member of staff. Especially when standing with a £10 and change in my hand waiting to pay all the way down the counter
Only noticed when we got home how small the portions of chips were, served by Sharon. The regular portion of chips was half the size it normally is, and there was only a small scattering of chips with the supper. Had to wait on the food to be cooked, despite pre-ordering.
The food was hot, fresh and very tasty exactly what you look for from a weekend treat. Service was great walked in at 17:10 and was out the door by 17:20, running like a well oiled machine, even with there being at least 10 orders in-front of myself when walking in at one of the busiest times of the week. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t think twice about recommending to friends and family.
Brilliant as usual, staff are so great, friendly and chatty. Great value. My jacket potato was huge! Delicious. The mozzarella sticks were fab.
Food was fantastic.. Not enough waiting staff ended up clearing the table myself. We will go back though because of the food
I used to think chip shops were fast food but not here just spent a hour in the que, they cannot get the oders right, too many people trying to do each others jobs while owner just watches the chaos unfold
Great place ate in the Restaurant area. The lady who served us, Nicole was very friendly. Great portion sizes and value for money.
all the employees were rude. man was rude as assumed i was going to vandalise toilets. was told that we all had to order food to sit in but the women beside us only ordered a coffee. this is a discrace to the chippy community. marinis on top
My Perspective is from a delivery driver, generally never waited for a delivery collection more than a couple of minutes, I watch the communication its effective and nice to see. From a customer point of view, had sausage and chips, and ☕ coffee, all of which I enjoyed. How would I sum up my experience on both fronts phenomenal, down to earth and customer focused.
