   Chaskaa Edinburgh is much better than Kaani. We have tried many restaurants in Edinburgh, but the food here is truly delicious. The taste, quality, and flavors really stand out. Highly recommended

   We were visiting Edinburgh in a group of 8 people 6 adults and 2 kids. They managed the group really well. I really liked the welcome drinks kind of tomato flavour hot drinks. Everybody liked other than kids. Comfortable seating -cushioned chairs. Overall service was good other than one day mixed up couple of drinks. Food, everything was really delicious the lamb the chicken and we have a couple of vegetarian friends so paneer and daal were really good. I highly recommend to go and enjoy the food. We didn’t reserve.

   I stopped here for lunch at a friend’s recommendation. It happened to be Diwali and so I had the holiday special. The food and mocktail that came with it were phenomenal. In particular, the special came with biryani and it was the best I’ve ever had, though the gobi was also great. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and my server Raj really went above and beyond to make the meal extra enjoyable. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

   Highly recommended for the vibe and lovely service, the best authentic Indian food i’ve had recently. The service was great and he also made changes according to our taste. We were also offered a very delicious complementary tomato soup the moment we sat down on our reserved table. I have stayed in the UK for 3 years and had food at lots of Indian restaurants but this is the first place to offer any welcome soup/food.

   I had a fantastic experience at Chaska Indian Restaurant in Edinburgh. The food was absolutely delicious – full of authentic flavours and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. A special mention to Raj and Kiran, who provided amazing service throughout – they were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality really elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

   Our first time in this lovely restaurant and were very impressed. We were there at an odd time, 2:30 or 3:00 late afternoon, and the place was quiet, but we were warmly welcomed and given a window table; menus were given and dishes explained. I was really taken by the smiles and friendliness of the staff. Then the food arrived. Oh, my. Absolutely delicious and plentiful. We ordered a vegetarian dish for me and a chicken dish for my husband. I couldn't finish mine so they kindly wrapped it for me to take home. I really recommend this restaurant.

   Wonderful and delicious is what I have to say! I had a lunch with friends, we were well attended, the space is new, welcoming and comfortable. I had chicken korma but they have other dishes. The food is suitable to all cultures, they have also vegetarian dishes. So if you are coming to Edinburgh I strongly recommend Chaskaa Indian restaurant, its very close to city centre easy to access by bus 16,11 to tollcross, 5 minutes from Princess Street.

   I have tried more than a dozen of Indian restaurants in Edinburgh, either sit in or delivery, and Chaskaa is the best so far. Chicken saag has always been my favourite Indian dish and the stewed spinach with grounded spice here was among the most delicious I have ever tried. The Lamb Shank Xacuti was a surprise. The slow cooked shank was truly tender, and the sauce with caramelized onion and Indian herbs made a great compliment.
