   Cosy Italian restaurant well hidden in the Leith shore area. I find it is hard to find independent Italian restaurant like this these days. Tasty ingredients with moderately Scottish twist. Excellent vegetarian section but I went for the seafood of course. Decent portion. Friendly staff quick , would definitely be back.

   Fabulous authentic Italian with excellent food (huge portions of pasta) and friendly service. Our family party of 9 was welcomed for an early evening midweek dinner and we were entertained by the lovely waiter (possibly owner?) Complimentary bread and oil was brought even before we ordered drinks. All the meals were delicious. Highly recommended.

   Everything was perfect! We happened to stop in for dinner, and we enjoyed every bite. Everything we had from drinks, soup of the day, starters, and mains were all excellent and large portions. Service was top notch, as well as the atmosphere.

   Honestly SUCH a great place. Happened to stop here for lunch due to convenience. The food impressed even my partner- not as simple a feat as it sounds- who doesn't have an amazing appreciation for Italian food. We had two mains and a starter- this proved to be too much for us as the portions are very generous. Staff were sweet and accommodating. Really cute aesthetic. We had lunch on a weekday so it was fairly quiet. NB. The place is actually very busy as plenty of people do stop by to get take away- more so than those that sit in.

   This place has got to be one of the best restaurants in Edinburgh. Fairly priced,value for money most definitely. Staff really friendly and informative. The food was absolutely delicious. It was a little dark for photos, but here are some of the best of a bad bunch.

   Quick summary. Great restaurant, great food and great staff. Go, you'll be glad you did. An absolute little gem! Takeaway is great and the evening meals are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Service is quick without you being rushed. The food is well prepared, tasty and there's good portions. Seafood linguini had plenty of seafood in it. Not like some of the big chain Italian restaurants. Desert selection is so tempting. Top place.

   Always wanted to go here and was a bit hit and miss food wise. Haggis pasta absolutely superb, but the risotto was like a white wine soup. Mentioned to the waiter and he took it off the bill which was kind. Really nice service. I’d go back.
