Best curry in Edinburgh. Lovely staff who are very attentive. Xmas decorations lovely. Cosy atmosphere. But the m main thing is the food is brilliant.

Me and my boyfriend ordered a beautiful meal + fast delivery it was fantastic, we got the lamb karahi, boiled rice, garlic nan and tandoori lamb kebab pieces. We both agreed it was one of the best Indians we’ve had in years! Only tiny criticism is they don’t do tandoori lamb chops witch has stopped me ordering on many occasions. Hopefully they can add it to the menu. I bet it would be a fantastic seller, even as a side or a main.. Either way they deserve the 5* thank you

I had a very poor collection experience. The Just Eat app confirmed a 10:35 PM pickup time. However, at 10:20 PM, a staff member called and aggressively demanded I arrive within 5 minutes, refusing to accept the official collection time. When I arrived and tried to clarify, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. This ruined the experience before it even started. To top it off, the food was clearly rushed and substandard, falling well below expected quality. A completely disappointing visit from start to finish.

Pakora, butter chicken, rice, poppadum, and naan were all good. One of the lamb dishes we ordered was tasty for the most part but the sauce was lacking, and there was an entire tomato (not chopped or blitzed) in it which was unusual and limited the flavour. Given that it was on the more expensive side of the options i was a little disappointed. Perhaps we ordered poorly - as everything else was good. Delivery was timely and friendly.

I have tried all Indian restaurants in Edinburgh including St John curry club. One thing is common everywhere except a few and really frustrating they all use the exactly same formula of tomato curry paste for making any Punjabi Mains /side dishes /curries. Also the portions here are too small we have to spend double the amount of money. I think all the cooks have learnt from the same cook. They should keep some variations for customers to repeat. Thanks.

Had a beautiful meal here tonight . Could not fault anything from start to finish. My wife said it was the best curry she has ever had, and I agreed .

Told us our delivery would be 1 hour so after waiting 1hour 30 minutes decided to give them a call and was advised it would be with us in 10 minutes. It eventually arrived 30 minutes later so politely told the delivery driver we didn't want it. This is the 3rd time they have let us down so will never be using them again!!!

We phoned this place on a Saturday night and were told a delivery time of 1hr...It came within the hour which was great. While we enjoyed what we had I wasn't blown away by it,plus one of the orders was wrong, but that didn't really matter as it was tasty enough but the lamb in my puri starter,I felt, was a little chewy and overcooked, plus the puri was a chapati!!!Hey ho.Despite that will try this place again

A lovely wee restaurant with an interesting and unusual selection of vegetarian dishes. Very friendly and I thought it was reasonably priced.
