Really poorly managed. Need to wait 10mins to actually get served. Then glared at by the women on the fryer while you wait another 10 mins. The food is also a real downgrade in taste and quality from previous owner. Such a shame. I can see they are busy, but no manners or urgency when serving
Ordered breakfast after seeing amazing looking food on tik tok and was really disappointed. Ordered french toast which was freezing and my roll and black pudding was missing.
Shocking downgrade in quality, used to be a regular customer but unlikely to ever go back again. See the "JD Chicken Fries" below, replaced fried chicken with cubed chicken and horrible chips with a different glaze and no sesame seeds, extremely disappointing
Swung by this takeaway on a visit to a local retailer. It was a Sunday morning and going like a fair. I think they were a little overwhelmed with orders coming in from the tills and collections and as such the waiting time and communication re orders was a little hap hazard. Extensive menu and the food was of reasonable quality and quantity for the price. I think if you avoid rush hour it could be a convenient option for those living locally.
Had a quick lunch and both of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Wide and varied menu too.

Every order has been delivered within the time limit and the food always really nice. You can rely on your food being fresh, warm and good quality ingredients. Once there was a mix up (probably at my end) and they went over and above to resolve it. We tried another couple of sandwich places via Just Eat and they just weren't a patch on Simply Bread. A well deserved 5*
We were given 4 free cakes today as they felt we had had a long wait. It was a bit longer than last time but we all ordered hot food and we weren't complaining. It's such simple but great customer service like this that makes me return to good businesses. So refreshing to feel like a valued customer when so many get it wrong these days! Thank you!
