   We were given a voucher and booked online, entering the voucher code. On arrival, we were told that in the small print, it says it can't be used in December. They said it was OK though, they would honour it. We were the only people there. We ordered chicken and fish pakora starters, with a £2.50 supplement for the fish. They gave me veg. It was put on the table as fish, when it was visibly not. I'm not sure how this could have been a mistake when the guy served it saying, who's having the fish and it obviously wasn't. Strange. Then we ordered South Indian Garlic chilli chicken and what arrived definitely wasn't that. It was some sort of sweet and sour sauce with loads of chilli fired in. It was almost inedible. My partner left hers. In all honesty, I think because we came in with a voucher they served us slops. Shame cos the place was nice and we were looking forward to it.

   A meal for on a Tuesday evening. The food was DELISH! Great portion sizes , service was perfect and had not a single complaint about the meal/service and that’s a lot coming from us The staff were friendly and the lady who serves us had a lot of knowledge too to help discuss the options with us! Perfect meal! Wish I had taken more photos but was so excited to eat it all I had the butter chicken

   First time visiting here with the wife and had a lovely meal. Staff were lovely and chatted through various options, never felt rushed or that we were asking silly questions. Food was top drawer. Service excellent and all reasonably priced. Also, after our dinner we went next door to the bar, which I never knew was there. Could happily return there just to watch sports and play pool, good set up. Halloween decor was also good and deserves a mentioned. Excellent place.

   Ashoka Muirhead was a great experience. The servers were really kind and welcoming as well as prompt. They had great knowledge of the menu and it made ordering easy. We opted for a selection of starters with my personal stand out being the tandoori salmon. The mains we opted for were a combination of chicken and lamb dishes. The highlight was probably the chicken tikka desi jalfrezi. The spice levels were perfect and the pedhwari naan was also excellent. You'll find it difficult to get such great quality and portions for a good price elsewhere. Would and will most definitely return.

   Visited this restaurant with my family last week and I must comment the food was spectacular. The starters were the star of the evening. Perfectly Crispy Pakoras would come again just for the Pakoras. The curries were flavourful especially the lamb bhuna. Highly reccomend ordering the Sticky Wings too . Staff were friendly especially the guy named Manu. Good job guys! Will definetely come again with my kids.

   Food was amazing good service as well. Lamb and chicken was very soft. Staff couldn’t be any more nice to us. Prices are absolutely outstanding would highly recommend to anyone.

   Tried the taster menu before the restaurant opened. Got to try a variety of different things, some I would never have ordered and it was all cooked well and absolutely delicious! The service was good for being so new and they do have a very large takeaway menu so I will be trying that at some point in the future

   Haven’t been for a long time and heard it was under new management. Warm had a very welcome. We tried the Tapas and every dish was absolutely deliciousness …….. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back .
